A terrible insurance company, these people are supposed to be easy to reach should you need amendments or even confirmation of your policy. I received an email from my old insurance saying my car had no cover on it so panicked and as I had not received my disc yet or a copy of it through mail I tried to ring and email multiple multiple times and was left on hold and unanswered. I had no idea if I was fully confirmed or not and had to drive home from work in Dublin not knowing if I had insurance or not. Only to find my insurance disc in the post the next day but at least they could have replied to send me a copy of disc or tell me it was on its way. They couldn’t even come back to me to confirm. What if you were broken down and needed urgent amendments to your policy?? Just not acceptable whatsoever. I am only staying with them because I have already paid but will not be renewing next year.

She was very efficient, listened to what I had to say, understood the issue and solved my problem on the spot.
