Shocking customer support.

I have emailed these people so many times in recent weeks with a very simple question regarding my policy renewal. Not a single response and it’s pretty much been the same experience throughout the two years that I have insured my car through them. Emails don’t get answered, it takes forever to get through on the phone and if they say that they’ll come back to you with a follow up, invariably they don’t. I wanted to also insure my daughters car with them in the summer but ended up giving the business to another broker because having agreed a call back with quite devil…..guess what….no call back was ever received.

Hand on heart…..I could not recommend these people to anyone.

Paul was very courteous and pleasant on the phone. He apologised for the mix up with the registration of my new car and also apologised that no-one called me back yesterday, although the lady I spoke to said she would get the person I spoke to the previous Thursday to call me back. I felt deflated after hanging up on yesterday's call but happy with the phone call today, thanks to Paul.

I am with this insurance company for a number of years contacted them today regarding a temporary transfer of insurance onto another car, because my own car had broken down on the side of the road, the told me they.could not do it which left me stranded , very disappointed with this company and would not recommend, you may get cheeep insurance but that's as far as it goes , l wonder what would happen if you had to contact them regarding a claim.
