I am filing an official public dispute against Quotex regarding a deposit of 13,145 BDT (equivalent to $100 USD) made via bKash Mobile Wallet. The payment was successfully completed as a "Merchant Payment" from my side. The mobile network operator (bKash) has officially confirmed that the funds were successfully settled and delivered to Quotex's local payment gateway partner.

However, it has been 2 months and 10 days (over 70 days), and my Quotex trading account balance is still showing "Processing". I have repeatedly contacted the live chat and support ticket system, providing all official bKash statements, the exact transaction ID (TrxID), and screenshots.

Despite providing undeniable proof of payment, the support agents only reply with identical, scripted automated messages stating: "The work on your request is in progress. Sorry for the delay."

Holding a client's verified merchant deposit for more than 70 days is highly unprofessional and unacceptable. I request the Quotex compliance and finance team to immediately investigate this issue, locate the funds with their Bangladeshi payment gateway provider, and credit the amount to my account.

I made a deposit of 872 USDT through Quotex using the TRC20 network. I made the payment through the deposit page/QR code provided by Quotex, and the transaction was successfully confirmed on the blockchain. However, the deposit was not credited to my account.
I contacted Quotex support multiple times and provided the transaction details and evidence. Instead of conducting a manual investigation, my tickets have repeatedly been closed with a claim that the transaction does not match their records.
I am asking Quotex to manually investigate the wallet address assigned to my account at the exact time of my deposit and review their internal deposit records. I want my 872 USDT deposit properly investigated and credited or returned.

I am a fully KYC verified user on Quotex . I made two deposits from my FaucetPay wallet (130 USDT and 127 USDT, Total: 257 USDT). Quotex blocked both deposits using an automated KYT/AML excuse simply because FaucetPay uses pooled outbound addresses. My problem here is that payouts takes time and sometimes impossible. I have tried severally and still my payouts has been rejected. Since I moved over to #agric-mines...#, I have never had any problem with my payouts and it has been steady.

When you lose, no one talks to you. I deposited $200 and received $817. After requesting a withdrawal(817) , my account was completely blocked 12 hours later. This is a gambling platform and it's not fair.

Option 1: Refund $45.60 back to my Quotex account balance immediately so I can withdraw via another method.
Option 2: Provide genuine transaction proof with real Sender Bank Name, Sender Name, and valid UTR that Easypaisa can verify.
