Horrible
Horrible. So far the boots have been bringing everything but recovery & relaxation into my life.
From day 1 boots never functioned properly. Product is made and sent from China. Delivery was delayed too. Customer service super slow and ignorant (of customers interests) and have no idea whats going on (send out random 'how are you are enjoying your product' while you have a defect product claim open with same support person for over a week already). Even when you wanna return a defect product they have to approve it first (you have to send fotos and videos etc) and you have to pay the return costs. I asked for a return due to total defect on day 3 (after doing the advised troubleshooting on day 2) and claim was just put on hold without even telling me. Almost 2 weeks later their lab 'approved' to get defect part replaced or take the offer to wait to get 'approved' for a return on my own costs. I wish I had spent a bit more money and gotten a trustworthy product instead of investing in a product thats so trash the company selling it doesnt even want it back.
