Cost effective service package with great a great customer focus

Great service, especially from Sidney!! Work is always done on time and the prices are very fair and reasonable.

Took my laptop in for a replacement power socket. Great and friendly service. Very quick and professional. They actually went above and beyond to correct a mistake. I would strongly recommend them and would gladly use them again!

The work needed to be carried out was explained in plain English, fast servicing, excellent.

He was very helpful and honest, looked into my laptop and found exactly what was wrong as I new, he suggested a new upgraded drive also he put the drive in, installed new windows and copied the things from my old drive, excellent.

I took a broken CD writer to see whether a repair might be possible. It was quite old, not many people write CDs any more, so I wasn't optimistic and thought it might well end up at the rubbish tip just down the road from Radcliffe Computers. Radcliffe Computers advised that it was repairable, but only with a part sourced from Holland. They sent for it, did the job, and it now works perfectly. Delighted!

Laptop issues - fixed very quickly and at a reasonable cost.

I have been using Radcliffe Computers for well over five years - including bringing all (extended) family laptops and also personal laptops belonging to colleagues at work - for repair or upgrade.

I have no hesitation whatsover in recommending Radcliffe Computers for all your Laptop repair requirements - they are very fair and give good honest advice.

They also fix other things I believe and sell reasonably priced laptops and macs plus a selection of smaller computer related items such as cables and memory sticks.

They provide other services including remote support for your business computers, online backup services etc.
