Never received products, I paid for

⭐️ WARNING: SCAM – DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH RADIAN MELANIN LONDON⭐️

This has been one of the worst business experiences of my life. Reddy and Melanin is a complete scam, built on lies, manipulation, and extremely unprofessional behavior.

I initially contacted her only to buy ONE cream for myself. Instead, she convinced me to buy 27 creams wholesale, promising that I would sell all of them easily. She repeatedly told me that she already had clients in Senegal waiting and ready to buy, and that if I took the creams there, I would make a good profit. She also promised she would help me sell, advertise the products, and connect me with buyers.

I trusted her.

I paid a lot of money for the creams, paid shipping, paid U.S. customs duty, carried 10 kilograms of products, and traveled all the way to Senegal — only to find out that NOT A SINGLE CLIENT EXISTED. The entire time I was there, zero sales.

She promised she would post and advertise the creams on her social media.
She NEVER did.

Every time I asked about clients, she would argue with me, speak rudely, and act completely unprofessionally. Then she tried to turn the situation around and claim I was supposed to sell the creams, even though:
• I am not a cream seller
• I have no social media influence
• Selling creams is not my business
• SHE was the one who offered the wholesale deal and promised sales

After Senegal, she then asked me to bring the creams back to the U.S., claiming she had clients there waiting. Again, same story: no clients, no sales. Later, she claimed the clients “bought from someone else,” which I know is a lie.

At that point, she pressured me to ship the creams to Germany to one of her friends who was supposedly having an event. I honestly felt like I had no choice, because at least I wanted to get my money back, even if I made no profit.

I ended up paying ANOTHER $265 out of my pocket to ship the creams to Germany.

She promised me that the creams would now be sold for $100 each and that she would send me my money back.

⚠️ To this day, I have received NOTHING.

So not only did she:
• Scam me into buying her creams
• Make me pay shipping, customs, and travel costs
• Lie about clients in Senegal and the U.S.

She ultimately took the creams back, made me pay even more money, and now I have:
• NO money
• NO creams
• NO reimbursement

This is beyond unprofessional — this is deceptive, dishonest, and fraudulent behavior.

I have ALL the proof: messages, promises, and the way she spoke to me throughout this entire process. I also know that she hasn’t done it to me alone I am in contact with other people she has done the same thing to and we will take legal actions.

I really wish l could sue this company. After paying for so much you don’t get what you paid for.The worst customer service ever its Ridiculous. I used the acne and dark spots cream and l reacted to the cream and encouraged me to keep applying. After making my orders l did not receive anything till now. You contact them they block you. Its a SCAM !!!!!! Im so disappointed

The manager promised me to send the product that failed since April, we have July, i didn't receive anything.

I used this for 3 months and no improvements or small changes

Late service almost 1 mouths I didn’t receive my product or any tracking tracking I hope the product gonna be very good but the service I’m not satisfied maybe the second time will be better

I don't even know whether the product is good or not because I never received it. Never has a company been so rude to me or demonstrated such a lack of customer care. I had to go through PayPal to get a refund because they refused to return my money even though they never even attempted to send the product. A lot of the positive reviews they have are fake. Awful company.

The hyperpigmentation is too small for the price 30ml for £55 , plus is nearly finishing without clearing my hyperpigmentation

The customer service department demonstrated a lack of professionalism and declined my request for a refund for an item that was out of stock. Furthermore, the representative exhibited rudeness in their communication. Consequently, I will not be shopping at this establishment again. If possible, I would refrain from awarding any stars for this experience.

Poor customer service, again I placed an order in January 24 for 3 products( body scrub and 2 soaps) , I received the scrub but I still not received the soaps till today, even after reminding, it’s just very bad. It’s looks like they wait for the customer to order and then they go and make, but it should be clear on the website as this is again Misleading or Stealing from the customers.
Very very disappointed overall and please make sure you deliver my remaining order.

Starting to wonder of a scam.
She's got my money and I got No products!
Sent multiple emails with no response.

I have spent money on so many products without results.. I taught to try radiant for the first time and it worked so perfectly. Like my skin is skinning😁 My skin is clear and much beautiful. I had acnes and dark spots that looks like it will never go away but hey radiant cleared my doubt.. The gold soap is 💯 natural and best for skin..Then the acne set was so helpful.. If you are yet to try this product pls do. I tried it and it worked for me. I am so happy I found radiant. Thank you radiant for your products.. I love radiant melanin❤️
