We got my dad a chess set for Christmas and it was absolutely stunning. One of the knights broke and when I reached out to Radicaln’s customer service I was greeted with kindness and the happily replaced the part at no charge. And not only did they replace the one part they sent 4 new pieces in case another one broke. They were easy to work with and we received our replacement pieces quickly too!

The natural stone chess board I purchased is stunning!!! Its so heavy weight and absolutely a show piece. Sturdy. I adore it. I received one slightly chipped pawn upon arrival, and they sent me a beautiful replacement promptly with another one for free ♥♥ Highly recommend this company and their products.

Online ordering was easy, and shipping was quick. Everything was packaged very well, and items are very high quality. Will be buying from Radicaln again!

Ordered a chess set . The quality of product is very high , item arrived nicely, securely packed . Unfortunately delivery service didn’t work as great as they should and I had small crack at my new chess deck . Guys immediately respond and sent me new desk , so now I’m enjoying my new set and it also works great as part of interior .

Honestly the customer service at this company is above and beyond.

Several years after purchasing 2 of their sets, one of the chess pieces fell down while moving it around and broke. Radicln sent a new replacement piece for free without hesitation so I can still enjoy this beautiful chess set both as a decorative ornament and a practical game set for years to come.

I'm thrilled with the purchase of the chess set; it's high quality and looks very classy. While we did have some accidents with some of the pieces, the customer service to replace the pieces was fantastic. I've already recommended them to friends and family, who always comment on the set and it's quality.

The board itself came cracked, but their customer support was immediately responsive and sent out a replacement which arrived within a week. Highly recommend!

Our chess set arrived with a broken piece which was promptly replaced excellent customer service. Also, the set is so cute. It has an elegant design and is fun to play.

Chess pieces are beautiful! A couple arrived broken and RadicalN Ltd was quick to resolve the issue. Replacement pieces were sent, even a couple extra that we didn't ask for. The correspondence was efficient and the follow ups were impressive.
