Excellent service. Had an issue with the gradation of a couple of pieces, and noticed a hairline crack in another. Customer service sent replacements for all, and were fast and extremely professional to deal with. Very happy with this gorgeous chess set and with the top notch service.

This is a beautiful Chess set but it is very fragile. When I received the set from Amazon, one of the rooks was broken. I emailed the company using the address included in the packaging. They immediately sent out 4 new rooks. Beware if you have children who will play with the set but if you have older kids or adults who will play it's a beautiful set to have.

The marble chess board is beautiful and feels great when playing. Makes a good decoration piece as well. Their customer service made sure to send me a replacement of a piece that broke on shipping right away and even extra set of queens. 100% recommend and will buy again as gifts

My former daughter in law purchased a set for my son who is an avid chess fan. Almost immediately, my 3 yr old grandson dropped 4 of the chess pieces breaking them.

When I learned about what had happened I decided to try and find replacement pieces on line. I decided the smartest thing to do was contact RadicalN directly and explain the situation.

Customer Service responded within 24 hours asking for photos of the broken pieces, which I offered to purchase replacements for.

After some communication to confirm what was needed, I received a package containing the replacement pieces needed as well as a few extra pieces for back up! All were sent without any additional charge.

I am so grateful! I repackaged the complete set and presented it to my son a second time for Father's Day!

My chess and checker coral marble pieces go perfectly with our Italian marble board. Great quality.

One king arrived broken. I receive both kings within 5 days. Great service.

This chess board is such good quality. The board itself along with the pieces is heavy duty and quality craftsmanship. My daughter accidentally broke one of the pawns on our countertop on the first day we received this and I recached out to the company and they sent me replacements! What a splendid customer service experience. This was a gift for my wife's birthday and she loves it. Highly recommend!

The brown and black marble paper towel holder is absolutely beautiful! I received so quickly, just amazed. However, the item was damaged in shipping and I contacted the company via email. They replied to me so quickly and sent out a replacement within the same day! The replacement arrived super fast, and I am so pleased with this gorgeous marble piece!! I bought a chess board from Radicaln. The product arrived and I was very happy with the purchase. It is very high quality.

A couple of months after receiving it, I accidently dropped a rook onto a hard tile surface and the piece broke. I contacted Radicaln and asked them if it was possible to buy a replacement white rook. They told me that they would send me a replacement at no cost. I received a package with all four rooks replaced! I assume that they did this so that all my rooks would look the same. They didn't have to do this but I appreciate that they did.

I would definitely recommend buying from Radicaln. I was really impressed with the product in the first place and then I was thrilled with the after-sales service.
