Paid ₹30,000, but the course never even started

I paid ₹30,000 for the DevOps course, but my experience has been extremely disappointing. After making the payment, the course did not even start as promised, and I received very little communication regarding the schedule or next steps.

As a student, I expected professionalism, transparency, and timely updates after paying such a significant amount. Instead, I was left waiting without clear information about when the training would begin.

Based on my experience so far, I would advise others to be very careful and to verify all details before making any payment. Customer communication and onboarding need significant improvement.

These guys are the worst in the…

BEWARE OF THESE GUYS.

This has been one of the most frustrating training experiences I've had.

In **January 2026**, I enrolled in a **ServiceNow CMDB** course with a **1-on-1 trainer**. The trainer conducted only **one class** and then was unavailable for the next **three weeks** due to leave. When I escalated the issue, I was informed that the trainer would not be available and there was no proper resolution.

Since I also needed **ServiceNow CSM** training, I requested that my enrollment be changed to CSM instead. Thankfully, the CSM trainer was good and I completed that course without issues.

Fast forward to **July 2026**. I purchased the **ServiceNow CMDB** course again because I have an upcoming certification. Before making the payment, I clearly stated that I needed **morning classes**. I was repeatedly assured that this would not be a problem.

The moment the advance payment was made, everything changed.

I was told to attend an **8:00 PM–9:00 PM demo** because the trainer wasn't available in the morning. I agreed to attend the demo as a one-time exception, skipped an important meeting, and joined the call at 8 PM.

The trainer never showed up.

The point of contact assigned to me ignored my calls—I tried reaching him **eight times** during the scheduled session, and he didn't answer even once.

The next day, instead of addressing the missed session or apologizing, they simply scheduled **another 8 PM–9 PM slot**, completely ignoring my repeated request for morning classes. Even now, they continue offering only evening slots despite assuring me otherwise before taking my payment.

At this point, I have lost confidence in their commitments and am seeking a **full refund**. If the refund is not processed, I intend to pursue the matter through the appropriate legal channels and file formal complaints with the relevant authorities.

This has been my personal experience. If you're considering enrolling with them, make sure you get every commitment in writing before making any payment.

This institute is a big Fraud and Cheat…

This institute is a big Fraud and Cheat I was contacted in June for imparting a training and got an offer letter of 12000/- for 40 hours of training later candidate dropped off after 3 classes stating that he has some personal issues. Later came to know from candidate that they charged him 32,000/- and took 50% advance. Till date I haven't been paid anything. All phone calls are unattended and emails not replied to I'm planning to file a Cyber Fraud Complaint against the two ladies who contacted me for the training. Without 50% advance don't conduct any training. This is a big CHEATER INSTITUTE. All trainers BEWARE.
