I have bought face masks from this company and am very impressed with the quality of the product and also the service I received.
In fact because of this I have had another look at their website and ordered some of the other products and have recommended them to my friends & family.
My experiance is the same as other reviewers. They do not respond to emails and I too have not recieved the product. I'm also using PayPal to get a refund. I tried to nuy this as I have used it before,(bought at a car show). The product is good, but the company is the pits!!
Don't buy from their site.
One star is too many. I ordered and paid for their product 26 July and as of 29 August have still not received my order. They do not answer their email or telephone as I have tried many times. No communication.
Will now try to recover my money.
I would not recommend this company to anyone.
Shocking communication - in fact zero communication.
Purchased product using Paypal and waited more than a fortnight for it to arrive.
It was actually delivered the day after it was sent so I can't understand why it was delayed.
