Great savings and highly trusted company!!!

Probably the best rates for fixed term savings. Not the best for instant demand accounts but it's great they added them.

Customer support can be slow to respond to messages. But at least it's real people, not some AI copy-pasting half-unrelated responses!

In general it's not as automated/fast as it could. For instance, it can take a couple of days for the deposit/withdrawal operations to actually be processed. Also, it takes a few months to get tax information document instead of being automatically generated on the first days of January.

Another annoyance is that some banks require paperwork with actual papers that have to be sent through the post! Doesn't make much sense nowadays. Better to use accounts without any withholding taxes and declare everything. Simpler and avoids postage costs (and errors).

So, in a way, it feels a bit like the old way of banking even though it's a FinTech company. Still, happy to recommend it.

I have had very positive experiences with Raisin the past two years. Their email support is efficient and clear. Yeah, support and money movement is not instantaneous, but neither is opening new accounts at new banks if you are chasing savings rates.

I most like the ability to move money into a variety of high interest vehicles (HYSA, CDs, and no-penalty CDs) on a single platform without having to shop multiple banks and open new accounts. The consolidated 1099-INT at the end of the year was SO nice and simple.

Easy to access and use many different saving and deposit accounts, giving excellent rates

i do not like that it takes, nearly 3 months for an interest earned certificate to be produced and given to me, this should happen within a week or two of the year end

Good experience overall, but difficult to get through (over the phone) customer care. Certain information like when interest is paid on non fixed term investment difficult to obtain from the app. It would be good to have a webmaster option available

Easy to use

I've been considering an investment of €10k at say 2.5% I would get a return of €250. The big question is do I want to risk my €10k for such a small return. I'm not impressed. Then I read the reviws, especially on customer services. I'm disappointed but the returns are insufficient to run that risk.

The platform is easy to use, transparent and offers attractive, at least in Ireland, savings rates. A welcome alternative to the totally unattractive big Irish banks' offers who alas continue to benefit from their customers inertia.

There is a price to pay in earning 3.6% on your money. Their fixed term deposits will not allow you access to your money until the full term has completed. No joint accounts are available (they are in other countries). Their support is very difficult to deal with. After that it's all good!
