The experience was absoutely informative & life changing. I feel the main take away from this training is proper framework, system & process template which I practically apply in my business based on where my business stands today.

As a next step, I need to do a restart of my thinking with a new perspective to plan a strategy, improve competence & take right decision to achieve my goals. The workbook will be my go to guidance in order to plan & achieve said above.

It was a fantastic learning about growing my business from a Struggling stage to Stable stage.
It was systematic learning of the various topics on managing different functions of any business so that it can be grown to a successful and scaleable level. I learnt about creating systems and processes, creating, developing and retaining teams for their growth as well as business growth. He also gave personal experiences of failure of his business and born again spirit.

Rajiv's outlook,knowledge,depth and way of putting across things in a lucid manner are amazing.Though exhaustive it is Wonderful and make us to dive deep with in to audit,assimilate and implement.
In one word truly a marvellous experience.

I am attending PACE for the second time and it has been an absolute blessing since it increased clarity and I was able to understand better...My key takeaway is to make progress the key and not emphasize on perfection because Version 1 is better than Version None. My focus would be to prioritize marketing and sales function in the business...Attending PACE earlier gave me the courage to hire and this time it gave me the courage to join MBA.

PACE is a life changing workshop for me. The key takeaway is the STOP system, that I was searching for and how I should do it. The next step for me to prioritize is marketing and streamlining operations. This programme means a lot to me and give me lots of clarity.

3 days at the PACE program were like a roller coaster ride. Sometime it made us feel high like we are definitely going to achieve our goals, sometimes it took us dive deeper into the flaws we have in our busines systems. Fun packed, full of knowledge, eye opening 3 days. Can't thank you enough Rajiv. Thank you from the bottom of my heart. Need to fix certain systems and get the business back on track. Will sign up for MBA in the coming months for sure. :-)

High Energy, Crude Honesty and raw drive to take action really was the High for my experience. Rajiv is a Mirror who shows us where we have that bad patches in our Business. I could clearly see with Clarity, Marketing and Sales is where I need to focus now.
These 3 days is like the Rocket fuel to me and made me all the Call for actions that I need to immediately take up.
I see myself Rejuvinated, Revamped and Ready to go

1. As a sole entrepreneur, I got what has kept me where I am major insights about the way we stagnate ourselves.
2. I need to focus on delegation and prioritizing the ticket size decisions - strategies as they will make immediate impact
3. Lifesaving these 3 days have told me why i have not been on a vacation for 10 years and why i feel the way i feel. Also, breaks the myth about fake love for the brand as the man could sell his business to licious e.g. was an eyeopener. So, we who build business are more important in order to build and scale more such businesses and eventually help the nation.

I done PACE in October 2025 also and it was actually an eyeopener. So, I joined for MBA and as a part of this I am attending PACE again now. It is giving a lot of clarity to our business. Especially somethings which we consider as wrong in the business, will be right and vice versa. Also, it gives more clarity about the requirement of systems in our business.
