I attended the PACE program by Rajiv Talreja. It gave me clear understanding of the seven key business functions. The program has provided me with a structured roadmap and practical action plan to achieve my goals.

Based on the assessment conducted during the program, I have identified that I need to focus more on improving my Marketing and Sales functions.

These three days were one of the best investments of my time and money for learning business management. I plan to follow the strategies shared in the program as per the given roadmap and continue applying them in my professional journey.

Fantastic, eye opener

The three days of PACE has been an Eye opener. Each day, each session came with so much of information, it was a management course for our business and for life. It is now up to us, to not let Life Take Over and implement these systems. I wish I could afford the MBA program to be able to take it to the next level. For now, shall implement PACE and start moving forward towards the goal.

The 3 days of PACE program by Rajiv Talreja. No Bakwass straight to the point and relevant to any of the business owners/MSME’s. Lots of actionable items.

It’s totally worth and have a direction for making my business at least from zero to under 10.

Attending the P.A.C.E. program was a truly transformative experience. What stood out the most was how clearly it breaks down business growth into three powerful pillars clarity, capability, and courage. It’s not just theory it’s deeply practical and immediately applicable.

The sessions helped me realign my financial, functional, and learning goals with much more clarity. This is my second pace programme and I feel that for any Endeavour to get established as a Business, having an understanding of Sales and Marketing is a given.

hello i am so glad that i put my time and money in this pace programme by rajiv talreja . it was great eyeopener for an already established business owner .it helped me to think in areas of business where we always overlooked and blamed only the outside world for failures and not earning enough . he laid out a full proof plan and road map for asmooth and sucessful business . which i shall definetly implement

what really stood out to me in P.A.C.E. is that growth is not random -it's structured .
From Goal setting to execution,every step has clarity.For me the biggest shift is understanding that scaling BIGGIFT is not about doing more..its about building a system where every role every function and every goal is clearly defined and aligned .This experience has given me a roadmap and now its about disciplined execution !
