I had ordered rakhi from this site last month. After making payment I can't see my order in Order history. I thought something is wrong with the website so I tried calling them but nobody replies. I mailed them but again nobody replies. Now I have lost hope and lost my money. Guys, this is a fake site..DO NOT buy anything from here!

This is a fraud site, they delivered my order from Delhi to Delhi, while my deliver address was not in Delhi. They never refunded the money back and never responded to my emails, or calls!! TRAP TRAP TRAP, FRAUD FRAUD FRAUD

Rakhi Bazaar has supplied wrong & cheap Rakhi , Have paid Rs.749 for 5 set of Rakhi & they have sent worth of Rs.100.

Any online company cannot dispatched any other products without customer consent.

Requested them to deliver original Rakhi or Refund my money but they are not accepting my call or replying of my email which show unprofessional behavior .

Strongly not recommended to place order such unethical company.

Do not use under any circumstance, these people are thieves!. I ordered 3 expensive metal bracelet Rakhis for my wifes brothers and instead they sent cheap thread rakhis. I have asked for a refund and now am waiting. Never again! Disgraceful service taking money for something more expensive and delivering lower quality product.

Hi, I had ordered rakhi for my brother, from Rakhi Bazaar on Sun, Aug 11, 2019 and i had selected option rakhi same day delivery but my rakhi wasn’t reached on the same day, after that i called on their customer care number and i had sent email also but I didn’t get any response from them. I thought their email was fraud and customer service number was not valid, after that when I checked online another number, I found one number which is +918510934032 and you will get email address online (I wrote email address also but in review they are not accepting), I got response from them. They didn’t send courier at my home but they sent me email, that they will refund within 10-15 working days, so i am waiting for that.

I wish I could give this stupid site 0 stars. I wanted to send rakhi from Singapore and and it cost me in freaking US dollars but they still haven’t sent it. I was so stupid to make 2 different orders with them and none have reached. I even tried to call them. One of their numbers puts you on hold and then freaking cuts the call while the other is switched off??!!! Wth. And the email on the website isn’t even a valid email address guys. It’s not even about the money, they play with my emotions dude. Like, my brother thought that I had forgotten abt rakhi and it was so sad. I am writing this review for others so that they do not make the mistake I did. Do not use this service, it is terrible and gives Indian online services a bad name.

I was order but can't getting the some one..
So I think they will need to manipulate their business by cousmer feedback.

Fraudsters...I should have read the reviews before ordering. My Rakhis have not reached and they don't reply to emails. There is nothing called customer service. Pathetic site, please refrain from ordering through them

It is a hoax company . It delivers wrong orders. They don’t deliver what you order instead they deliver what they have . They never refund even if they don’t have the products you ordered. Cheap company ! I will NOT RECOMMEND it to anyone.

I have ordered rakhi from them and they promised delivery on 13th August. Of the 3 items 1 has only been despatched. Noone answers on customer service number provided and noone answers the phone. FRAUD and CHEATERS. Not sure how I can get my money back.

I ordered a Bhaiya-Bhabhi rakhi for my brother and sis-in-law but they got only one Rakhi. Can't even start about the quality of that one rakhi. It's very cheap and packed shabbily around some random sweets. Feels ashamed since personally had I been there I'd never have compromised with the quality. It's a breach of trust and a super duper waste of money. Seriously, shame on you Rakhi Bazaar!!!
