It’s been over a week now since my appointment and I still haven’t received any results. I have no idea when they will arrive. This obviously causes a lot of stress and anxiety.

Communication from customer services is appalling - lack of information about what’s happening and very inconsistent. They just don’t care at all.

I attended an appointment with Randox recently. Yvonne has a lovely manner- friendly, professional and reassuring. She explained everything clearly and blood test was painless.

Had to rebook my appointment as I accidentally booked for the bank holiday when I would not be near the clinic (my fault)
The staff were happy to rebook me and had availability later that day.
The service was quick, clean and efficient with my Phlebotomist on the day, a young lady named Roza being extremely helpful, professional and polite.
Service with a smile that’s throughly recommended.

Constanza in Henry Street Dublin branch was beyond amazing. So quick but still so gentle with taking my bloods. Could not recommend her enough for someone who is nervous about getting bloods taken or has a history of difficult veins! She’s brilliant!

I attended the Preston branch or Randox for my test and, unfortunately the blood test wasn't able to be carried out due to issues on my side. Nazdana referred me to the Wigan branch were I was seen by Aleksandra. Both appointments were carried out in a safe, friendly and professional manner by both consultants and everything was clearly explained to me. I would have no issues returning to either branch.

Excellent customer service, kind & respectful. Explained the procedure & when to expect the results.

I attended the clinic in sandyford. I got the every athlete test. Delrick done my test, he was freindly and professional, he explained what he was doin.

Delrick in Sandyford was amazing. This was actually the first time **ever** that I managed not to faint when having my bloods taken. He was very kind, gentle and quick and explained everything.

Kaitlyn was my Phlebotomist at Exchange Station Liverpool. My experience throughout was flawless. Her customer service was excellent, she was very knowledgeable, professional and yet personable and friendly. My appointment was on time and finished ahead of schedule, without feeling rushed. Kaitlyn was able to answer all of my questions and felt me feeling reassured. I would highly recommend

Delrick was great. After not trusting my doctor for bloods and being pawned off with concerns im very happy i spent the money to do this.
I will stay with randox from now on.

10 mins slots do not work, everything is too stressful and not intuitive to getting sensible results

Still no results after a full week of waiting. I have chased Randox multiple times and contacted the complaints team, yet I still have no results and no proper response or explanation. For a paid private healthcare service with advertised turnaround times, this is completely unacceptable. Very disappointed with the service and lack of communication.

I understand that some tests may take longer than others, but I would expect the provider to communicate clearly if there is a delay or if additional time is required. Unfortunately, I have had to chase for information rather than being kept informed.

Saw Aleksandra for an Everyman test today. Any questions were answered and she explained what she was doing clearly in each step. Friendly service and doesn’t take long. Would recommend.

From the initial booking through to having my bloods and urine sample taken, Megan at Randox Bluewater was absolutely fantastic. She was informative, calming and so friendly throughout the whole process, making what could have been a daunting experience feel completely comfortable and straightforward. Megan is a real credit to Randox and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend her to anyone visiting the Bluewater clinic, in addition the report you receive back is so informative, constructive and you can either speak to a health professional at the clinic or elsewhere, it’s easy to understand and I was able to compile a plan on how to improve the results for my next 6 month check up.

What an amazing team you have at your Chester Holland & Barrett Test centre.
You are made to feel welcome the moment you set foot in the door ! It was my second visit today and again the lovely Yvonne welcomed me followed by Louise who took my bloods.
What valuable people Skills they both have making people like myself feel so at ease .

Avoid at all costs, they do not carry out all the tests they list as the biomarkers included in their kits. Customer service are slow to deal with and not very helpful. I done a repeat test as they failed to test my T3 which was included in the kit I bought, they sent me another kit which I had to pay the postage for, other companies do not charge when it’s their error for not testing! The second attempt they repeated some tests I already had results for from the first test and then they completely missed testing any thyroid biomarkers. I had to chase both times, they should have contacted me to say why they didn’t complete a test, I think they hope people won’t notice the odd missing result. It’s also a nightmare trying to register the kits before sending, hit and miss whether you can get it to work. I don’t recommend this company at all, there are much better companies out there that offer private blood tests.

Both myself and my other half decided that a comprehensive health check was in order, so that we could be informed and try to improve our health as we get older.

The comprehensive set of blood tests and basic health checks that Randox offer sounded ideal as we didn't need the fitness checks that some other companies run - we are confident in our activity and fitness levels.

Booking an appointment online was very easy. However, I needed to change the appointment the day before but was unable to get a timely response via email and the telephone line cut me off after waiting for around 10 mins, so I ended up having to attend despite it not being ideal. The appointment itself (and the instructions beforehand) were very good. It was all pretty slick and efficient.

However - and here is where the issues start - we were meant to fill in a health questionnaire before attending for the blood tests. We both attempted to do this but the questionnaire just said that it had already been filled in and was therefore unavailable. I mentioned this to the receptionist who rather shrugged it off.

After that we have had many different issues with trying to get access to the results (some of this may be down to the app being flaky) and booking a GP appointment that was paid for at the same time as the tests. Oh, and of course the questionnaire (that the GP needs info from) STILL isn't available to fill in despite multiple requests!

The support staff take quite a while to respond to requests for help and sometimes don't really seem to have listened to what the issue is.

What could have been a five star service has ended up being really frustrating with many requests for support being required to access what has been paid for. If this had been the slick service that it should have been then we would have recommended it to friends without hesitation but our experience means that we'd be wary to do so, sadly.

Super efficient throughout , customer services moved appt twice , Muhammed who carried out the screening was available on time and just efficient and considerate - so all good
