Randox has always been the best, it makes sense when you have professionals who you can trust and want the best for you. I wish to thank and mention Aleksandra in the Manchester branch. A really well professional who is more than just staff member at randox! 10/10 for service, professionalism and care! It’s people like her that make these appointments a lot less stressful, I am someone who suffers with extreme anxiety and she made the whole appointment easy and efficient. A massive thank you again. My Annual Health MOT 🚗❤️

I have just got back from my appointment at Randox Health in Holywood, Belfast, and I have to give a special mention to Adriana, the clinician who looked after me.

She was absolutely lovely. From the minute I arrived, she was warm, welcoming, polite, professional and excellent at what she does. She explained everything clearly, made the whole appointment feel relaxed and unhurried, and was simply a pleasure to deal with. Adriana, you are a credit to Randox.

I would genuinely highly recommend booking in.

So, why did I decide to do it?

Every year we have to put our cars through an MOT to make sure they are roadworthy. We service them, check the oil, investigate warning lights and try to catch problems before we end up sitting at the side of the road.

And I thought: why do I not take the same approach to myself?

This is absolutely not a criticism of our GPs or the NHS. Quite the opposite. I think they are working under enormous pressure and trying to cope with a system that is simply maxed out. When it can take three weeks just to speak to a doctor before you can arrange to see them, when blood samples sometimes sit too long after collection and cannot be used, or results are delayed or go missing, something clearly has to give. The people working in our NHS are not the problem. They are trying to deliver care under incredibly difficult circumstances.

So I decided that, alongside using the NHS when I need it, I wanted to take a little more responsibility for keeping an eye on my own health.

I chose the Randox Everywoman health check and I am thinking of it as my personal health MOT.

Yes, it is a fair lump of money. I completely appreciate that. I saved a little each month specifically so that I could afford to do this, and I intend to continue doing that so it becomes part of how I look after my health going forward.

For me, the value is not about looking for something to be wrong. It is about establishing what is right. It gives me a much broader picture of where I am now and, importantly, something to compare against in the future.

I believe the Everywoman programme includes two appointments/checks across the year, which makes the idea even more useful to me. Rather than one isolated snapshot, I can begin to see trends and changes over time.

And that is really the point.

If something is beginning to move in the wrong direction, I would much rather know about it before it becomes an illness or a chronic health condition, when there may still be an opportunity to change something through nutrition, lifestyle, further investigation or appropriate medical intervention.

We spend money maintaining our homes, servicing our boilers and keeping our cars roadworthy. I have decided that investing in preventative health and understanding what is happening inside my own body is worth saving for too.

Now I just have to wait for the results!

But today's experience was excellent from beginning to end, and Adriana at Randox Holywood deserves a huge thank you for making it such a positive one.

Very disappointing experience. My results have been delayed once again, and I have had to chase Randox myself for the second time, without any luck. The advertised turnaround times are clearly not being met! This is not what I expect from a paid private service.

From the minute we arrived Cheryl made us feel super welcom and explained exactly what was going on and even booked us in for our next appointment in 6 months. I was taken at the exact time my appointment was made and treated with a big friendly smile which immediately relaxed me. My nurse was Marysia shi is a shining example of what the NHS needs more of. Her mannerisms made you feel like you were with your best friend having a wee catch up. Every test was explained and the ease at which she got my blood had to b see to be believed. Normally I am a Human pin cushion but not this time. First try she hit the jackpot. Im genuinely looking forward to my results and my next appointment. Thank you Cheryl and Marysia you were amazing and took away all my anxiety.

Constanza was excellent on my recent visit to Holland and Barret Henry Street clinic. She was nice and friendly, explained everything well and the blood draw was flawless.

Delrick at Sandyford was very good at my Everyman Basic check this morning. Very prompt. Took measurements and bloods quickly.

Very friendly and well done. Delrick was very helpful in the process.

Roza at Randox was lovely to deal with. She was kind, professional and made me feel at ease.

I attended the brand new Randox Health Centre in John Lewis Cheadle on the very first day of opening (which i never knew when I booked my appointment) for a blood test.
Facilities and staff all fantastic especially Estela and her colleague on reception when I arrived.
Its a great location with easy parking. Well done Randox and John Lewis for having this facility in your store Spa area.

Would give 0 if I could! DO NOT have any bloods taken by this scam company! They take your money and never deliver results, apparently results are available in 24hours from lab receiving, I’m currently on day 5 after lab received and no results, no customer service, no one wants to help you get your results, Keira was useless who I spoke to. I will be doing a charge back on my card as I haven’t received what I payed for. Go elsewhere for bloods, this company will be getting reported, they need looking into. I will be escalating this matter to UKAS regarding the laboratory service and CQC regarding the regulated diagnostic service.

Had a blood test today with Josh in Norwich. He was very informative with the procedure. The least painful blood test I’ve ever had! Thank you

Constanza at the Dublin Henry Street clinic was very professional and made the process of giving bloods pain free and quick!

Went in today and was very nervous. I didn’t really know what to expect. I was greeted by Josh and instantly felt at ease. Everything was explained and I felt relaxed. I’ve always had troubles with having blood taken before. This was painless and very, very easy.

I had a great experience at Randox Sandyford. Friendly welcome, no wait, and very professional. Marie did a fantastic job of collecting blood (needed quite a bit since I bought a Ranchip Insight 360). Painless, great chat, and fast. I have had lots of blood taken over the years, but this was definitely the best.
The reports were highly informative with great insights. They will act as objective guides for a healthier life. I’ll definitely be back for another round in a year’s time.

I had a great experience with Randox health in Sandyford, Dublin. Marie was very warm and comforting especially when taking blood tests so i could feel leat amount of discomfort. She made the whole process of taking the tests go with so much ease. Would definitely recommend someone looking to get their tests done and monitor their health.

Service was absolutely first class.
Have just had a test this morning at High St Birmingham clinic and I was seen within a minute of arriving.
Stacie explained every thing about the test, and the procedure was absolutely painless.

Had a great experience using Randox for a blood test. The phlebotomist who took my sample, Samkeliso, was a pleasure to deal with. She was professional, friendly and made the whole process quick and easy. The service was convenient and affordable. Highly recommended.
