It sounds like a very frustrating experience, especially when you pay extra for a service that doesn't deliver on its promise. If the company explicitly states that next-day delivery is not guaranteed

Customer support is first class. There was an issue with the wrong colour Touch up paint, but this was resolved really quickly and with absolutely no problems.

The next-day delivery is not guaranteed or even attempted!! I have asked for a refund for the next-day delivery that I requested and paid for, but I know they will never refund it. This is the second time I have used this company, and the second time they have failed to deliver on time. If you want a next-day service, do not use them. [EDIT] They have confirmed, they will not refund as the next day delivery is not guranteed, I understand that it may be out of their control, hence they can't guarantee it, however, they can stand their ground and I'll continue to think they are an awful company to deal with!

I have had experience of using this company previously and I highly recommend them, their paint is of high quality and delivery was very prompt.

Newer had any issues with rapid paints very quick delivery well packaged highly recommend i will use them again and again

Placed an order and paid extra for Express Next Day Delivery. The order did not arrive, I checked the tracking to find that it had only been received boy the courier at the end of the day it was due to be delivered. I used the 'Live Chat' service on the website only to be informed that 'It's not our fault, we are not responsible, the courier has told us they will deliver in 24 to 48 hours'. They just could not see that this was unacceptable!! Dreadful service, I will definitely never use them again

I have purchased paints from Rapid a number of times and always been happy with the quality and service - in fact, with my recent purchase there was a problem with an offer voucher, but, no problem - all sorted quickly and efficiently - highly recommend if you want quality & service.

I ordered next day delivery at 8am on Tuesday and it now won't be here until Friday. Have paid for the next day delivery service and wont be refunded until they speak to the courier. Not my problem their courier or them have messed this up. Terrible service.

Used a touch up kit on small marks on Seat Leon. Results were excellent, with good colour match,& finish. Had spray cans + lacquer while ago from Rapid for Passat, covered a wing with great success.

The last 4 weeks I've been doing a paint job on my old 1950 Dodge, shoped around and found Raid Paints too be very competitive on pricing so I've been ordering from them since, so far 5 separate orders.

Firstly the speed of the delivery is just great, normally 2 days after the order I have it.

Secondly, I did have an issue with some paint and although I expected to be given excuses after a few emails, photos and general chat the issue was resolved and I now have the paint I need.

Overall I cannot fault this company, in this day and age it's really reassuring to have a company that listens and then solves issues.

I would not hesitate to recommend Rapid Paints UK for all your painting supplies. Great company, 5 star.
