Been trying other lacquers from a well known car shop which where just rubbish never seemed to harden off so went scouring the web and came across this company was a bit dubious at first but thought I would give there lacquer a go and have to say it’s really good stuff so much so I brought another as spare would highly recommend this company and deliver was free and quick as well

Quick delivery . All items arrived !! Colour match nearly to perfection . Honestly , i didn t expect to be that good considering i ordered a white diamond for mercedes , one of the hardest colour. Easy to apply even in the hard coditions and open area. Very good !

Supplied a great product. My delivery was on time which for me as a small business is vital. Will definitely use them again !! 👍

I found their service excellent. They had the shade of paint I needed and when it arrived it was exactly correct. And it was a perfect colour match with that on my car.
The aerosol can was a good size, bigger than Halfords and when used it was of good quality.
And their name ‘Rapid’ accurately describes their service. It arrived in 48 hours.
I can see other customers have had a less than satisfactory experience. I’m pleased to say this was not the case with me … they were excellent.

These people are as deceitful as can be! They sent me a generic colour even though I specified three times, including on the order itself; what code I wanted. They then try to confuse things and pretend they cannot get it returned. I will now have to contact my bank to try and get my money back. I would generally let it go but these creatures come across as despicable so I will go out of my way to get my money back. Their business address is not available, either. So underhand.

Ordered 4 items and only received one. When I contacted them, it took them 4 days to reply. They said they would issue a refund in 3-5 days. Waited the 5 days and absolutely nothing. I contacted them again and had no reply so had to raise a PayPal dispute. Will definitely not recommend these clowns!

Some of the worst and most incompetent customer service imaginable.
Received some incorrect products, it happens. However it took me nearly 2 months to convince them they had sent me the incorrect product for them only to cease communication after saying they'd sort a resolution.
Doesn't help they don't have a phone line.

Ordered just last week and just arrived a few days ago, they sent the wrong item out to me, emailed various times with no response back, waste of money terrible service

Terrible company to deal with and terrible communication. My recommendation is to order somewhere else.

I ordered my cars colour and it arrived quicker than expected. I had no issue using the spray can, it went on fine and has covered an area well.
I will be getting the whole bonnet professionally resprayed as I am no pro, but to cover the peeling areas needed, its worked well.

it's a total scam, don't waste your time and money with them. on govuk, the company was closed in 2018. the paint did not come

Ordering was very easy. Got damaged in transit. I had problems trying the chat app but emailed the company they replied quickly and sent the replacement thinner etc that had fallen out. Really good service will use again. Paint was good too. 👍

Ordered Paint with Next day delivery. 2 days later I contact the company and this is the response "Our courier has advised that your parcel was returned to their depot as it is bigger than expected. They will repack the items and will be delivered asap" "I sincerely ask apologies for the delays but this is out of our control and we aren't aware that our courier has updated restrictions on the size of the parcel".

Purchased 2K paint and activator for my car (code 300 BMW Alpine White).
Rapid Paints are the first company to get the colour and shade correct. Definitely will purchase again.
