Put the advert on,Ethan contacted me almost immediately, he did a great job,quick friendly nothing too much trouble.
All in all a great experience from start to finish.

Put up a request. Got an email saying a trade had replied and more info required and to check my ad for more details. Checked the ad and nothing, no reply, no sign of any interaction and definitely nowhere to answer the trade that had requested more info. Seeing that the site isn’t for for purpose I decided to delete my account but, YOU CANT! Accounts have no delete option, contact us has no contact details so Trustpilot gets a visit instead. It’s my data, my account and I should be able to close it. I closed my advert and moved to trustatrader as their site is polar opposite to the one I just had a horrendous experience navigating.

I’ve tried multiple times in multiple ways to report a tradesman who left the job I prepaid for without completing it and having smashed a window of the back door. The business I hired have ignored my attempts to contact, have somehow managed to remove my feedback on their profile, and Rated People haven’t answered how this is possible or how I can report this firm. It’s Green Landscapes in Hayes FYI.

I wanted the wooden windows and doors at the front of my house painted. There was quite a bit of preparation needed as the old paint was peeling in places. New PC Design came promptly and gave me a reasonable quote for the work. We had to rearrange the start date due to bad weather but he communicated effectively and came when he said he would. He worked tidily and efficiently and did a good job and the exterior woodwork now looks clean and fresh. I would recommend this company and am pleased with the result.

I contacted Rated People as I required a small plumbing job (water leak on a radiator) VIO and PLUMBING Team replied very quickly and were able to repair with 2 day.
Nice guy and terrific job he did to! Would use him and pass on his details to anyone should they need any work to be carried out!

Job completed as required. Arrived on time, brought own tools and equipment, was a clean efficient worker. Very pleased with result. Put everything back in place and cleaned up afterwards.

Wanted someone to clear a front driveway and rear garden in Basildon. Arranged with a guy called Michael (Irish) to meet at the property to give me a quote.
He suggested the time, but did not show up, nor did he or his colleague (James) bother to contact me to let me know.
If you are in the Basildon area, be sure to avoid anyone with those names - completely unreliable.
