I ordered and paid in full for a ton of logs, but the delivery time keeps getting pushed back, ordered in janurary 26, still waiting for them. I have cancelled the order, when I eventually got someone on the phone. Answered by a very helpful person, called Sam B. Polite and patient. My order is now cancelled. I wonder how long it will take for the refund to show in my bank account. Hopefully not as long as the logs! The 1 star given is for Sam B. Thank you Sam.
Having recieved a reply from Rathwood team, I am not impressed, and they give no assurance of returning the money I paid , in good faith, for a ton of hard wood logs.

Update - I have received another vague response from your customer service and the apology below doesn’t really help. Therefore I have emailed your customer service team and asked for a full refund asap.
I ordered a chair that on their website states ‘in stock’, when no delivery information was forthcoming after a week I contacted them to be informed the item was in stock at their supplier in Germany and would take 10-28 working days. That was the 18th March, I have emailed repeatedly asking for a delivery date only to be given the same response each time - that they have requested my order be dispatched’, but cannot confirm if/when this is going to happen. Emailed again two days ago and have heard nothing. If I could give no stars I would. I can’t speak to the quality of the furniture as I haven’t received it but if you are not happy to pay upfront and then wait for over a month with no idea when your order will arrive then avoid…

Product ordered early February 2026 but it was a no show. Excuses to say it will be on the next delivery date etc. Requested a refund almost 3 weeks ago which was approved but yet zero communication on when this if at all will be paid back to me. An extremely poor run business with very poor communication. Quick to communicate giving reasons for delay in order but appear to go under ground with zero communication when it comes to refunds. Avoid this business.

Avoid – months of misleading delivery updates, failures and no refund
Ordered a fuel pallet in January and received multiple messages claiming delivery was progressing, including an update saying the pallet was on its way through their distribution network. None of this turned out to be true.
Nothing was ever delivered. After months of waiting, it became clear the order would not be fulfilled anytime soon, something that was never transparently communicated despite repeated “updates”.
The order was cancelled in early April and I was told a full refund had been requested. As of 21 April, the refund had still not been received. I phoned customer service on that date; the agent contacted “accounts” while I was on hold but could not confirm whether the refund had even been processed. I was promised a call back with details, which has not happened yet.
This experience involved misleading delivery information, excessive delay, and an unacceptable failure to refund promptly after cancellation. I would strongly advise others to think very carefully before ordering anything here.

Shocking company
Ordered a piece of furniture February 7th, showed as ‘in stock’ on the website. Today is April 21st and still no sign of our furniture
I’ve sent about 25 emails and made 5 phone calls to be told they’re looking into it but the good news is the item is in stock
Initially was told there’s a 25 working day delivery timeframe, their website does not mention this anywhere. Then I was told it’d be 5-7 working days, this was on working day 20
Have repeatedly asked for a call back from a manager, still waiting! Was told by the call centre I’d get a call back by the end of their shift …. That was 3 weeks ago
Today I asked again to speak to a manager only to be told nobody is available. I asked for a refund and was informed that I’m ‘eligible’ for store credit 🤯
Now I’m waiting for my refund but apparently nobody has any idea how long that’ll take to process
Awful company to deal with, the poor staff must deal with upset customers all day long. No wonder they’re in the top 10 most complained about companies with the CCPC - avoid at all costs

I’m extremely disappointed with my experience with Rathwood. I ordered a double egg chair in October as a special present for a milestone birthday. After placing the order, I was repeatedly given different delivery dates and excuses for delays. First I was told it was delayed due to Christmas orders, then I was told January, then February, then March.
After months of waiting and getting nowhere, I eventually cancelled the order in March. It has now been a full month since I requested my refund, and it still has not been processed. I had also asked for a refund back in December, which was completely ignored.
I even offered to collect the item myself from the warehouse, but was told no. On top of that, I found some of the staff very rude and unhelpful whenever I tried to chase this up.
It has now been seven months since I placed the order, and I am left with no egg chair and no refund. This has been an incredibly frustrating and disappointing experience, and I would not recommend based on the customer service and lack of communication I received.

Firstly I want to say that the customer service was excellent and I received prompt replies dealing with a number of different CS reps. However I could not receive an expected delivery time for two items ordered at different times over 2 months ago. I have requested refunds and nothing has been received. I ordered and payed €464.99 for a modular sofa on 17th of December. A 72 hr delivery was expected. The order was cancelled 28th January. Apparently the stock to build the sofa was damaged, a refund was offered, i accepted, I have received no refund or contact from Rathwood since. My many emails have only returned automated replies. Im fed up now, this is a really disappointing situation.

Delivery problem solved
Following the disappointment that there was a delay in the delivery of my garden furniture JeanP sorted out the problem by offering me an alternative product which was in stock. She kept in touch by phone and email and promised to keep me informed of the delivery date of the new order.Very happy with the helpful customer service she gave.
Avoid at all costs
Absolutely no communication from Rathwood long waits to finally talk to someone with no regard for customers.
I think its 2 brothers that own this company who should be ashamed with such behavior.
They are still taking orders and peoples money with no sign of any deliveries.
Such a shame as this looks like a really nice estate which will ultimately be destroyed by pure greed.
