Once again, I had an excellent customer experience at Ray Graham’s in Newtownards. As always, the staff are outstanding with their friendliness, knowledge and customer focus. Today I was helped by Stephen in the timber cutting section who made a difficult problem for me simple with his innovation and expertise.
He was extremely personable and enlightening by recommending alternative products to help solve my DIY dilemma - this is a consistent trait I find with all the staff at Ray Graham’s who are only too happy to assist novices like myself.
Stephen provided a great solution for me leaving me extremely satisfied again with my visit to this outstanding building supplies company. Their extremely unique and superb customer ethos was typified today for me by Stephen and I can only thank him for a job very well done.
I would not hesitate to recommend Ray Graham’s to anyone looking for help regarding any DIY task - my thanks and appreciation once again to Stephen and all the team.

Stephen made my experience great, he informed me without being patronising ( as a female my experiences have not been great in DIY environments ) he helped me choose options for myself giving me clear and cost effective alternatives for a job I was doing and actually saved me money time and effort not to mention the quality product I ended up buying.

Ordering was easy. Product bought was better value than other sites. Shipped immediately and received on time. Very efficient service. Thought i had messed up order emailed company at night received response email first thing following morning stating order was correct.
