Excellent service, excellent product

Great experience, very quick delivery from the order time (and it was a bank holiday), no delivery charge (might depend on the order value), and I really enjoyed the product I chose! Granted it's always a risk ordering pillows online, but I loved mine, the quality seems great so far, and luckily the fit was right.

Great product and price compared with competitor products. Would recommend the merino pillows.

I was looking forward to receiving my bamboo pillow after reading about it on your website. Unfortunately the pillow is not what I expected. I tried the pillow for 1 week and was extremely disappointed and did not help me get a better nights sleep. The pillow did not match my expectations and only caused me to suffer headaches and dizziness every day after I slept on it. Very disappointed with your returns. This pillow is expensive in these cost of living times, £40 is a lot to pay and you don’t offer a full refund if you have used the pillow. How are you supposed to get a good feel for the pillow if you don’t use it. Very dissatisfied custome.

Chosen for mulberry silk quilt. Reasons: washable, thread count of cover and reasonable price. Arrived very quickly. Little “airing” required and now lovingly used.

Having been searching for a good down duvet for a while and reading reviews, I came across this firm in Manchester. But, I couldn’t see any reviews so ended up phoning them. I told them what I needed and they advised two down duvets to choose from. I opted for the better quality duvet, more expensive (Hungarian goose down duvets are expensive), knowing that I could return it. I basically took a punt on this company and I am really pleased I did. Very competitive price, very warm, high fill down rate, good construction and it arrived the very next day. I am really delighted with the duvet.

They ran out of stock for one of my items and offered an alternative for the same cost. I requested a different alternative and paid the difference. This was all done very efficiently and I love their bed toppers. They are the best. Get the densest you can afford and use two. Bliss!

This has got to be the fastest international delivery I have ever received. I ordered it late in the week, and early next week it was at my doorstep.

Duvet is thick, soft, and very very warm. Feels absolutely lovely, and very high quality. The wool inside is plushy, and feels very soft through the cotton. Definitely worth the extra money.
