I have spent hundreds of ££ over the years with Raymat/ Kensington's on duvets, pillows and bedding.
Yesterday I purchased a Superking Hungarian down duvet via their ebay shop, and paid in full.
This morning I received a message stating that unless I paid them a further £204, the transaction would be cancelled as there had been a pricing error.
They generously (their words) offered me a "free" duvet cover to the value of £40 to try and sweeten the pot.
Having had one of their "free" compensatory items in the past, and experienced its poor quality, I am under no illusion that this would have probably cost about 50p to produce, not £40.
I proceeded to go onto ebay live chat to discuss, as I presumed that all transactions through ebay are legally binding contracts. After all, as a buyer on ebay, I do not have the luxury of clicking "Buy it now" and then deciding not to pay without there being repercussions.
The fact there had been a pricing error by the seller is not an issue I should have to bear the brunt of. The loss should have been taken by the seller.
They then have the audacity to use the reason "buyer asked to cancel the order" as a reason to cancel, meaning that it looks like I am the one who is in the wrong, and not them. This way they also don't end up paying listing fees and do not get a black mark on their seller account.
Totally unprofessional and unacceptable.

NO I reviewed the correct domain.

FURTHER UPDATE: Email message from seller trying to bribe me into removing feedback.
Hardly the actions of a reputable company.

Easy to order, website had lots of info, kept informed of progress.

The duvet cover got few black marks. Also the packaging is dirty. Really not feel comfortable. At delivery day. I sent email to complain but never heard any response. Really no happy about it!

They gave good information, knew what I needed to know and convinced me that hat they were the right company to go with, and could be trusted. The quilt arrived quickly.

Lovely, good quality product. Paid for next day delivery. Came on time, very happy with it.
The special bag the topper came in was very dirty - as though it had been in a dirty warehouse. I was worried it had been something that had been sent back and resold, but when we inspected the topper, we found it to be clean and unused. Perhaps before wrapping for dispatch, Raymat could make sure it looks pristine.

The only let down was by Parcelforce, behaving like 1970's Italian Postal Service, these guys were very apologetic, but it wasn't their fault as we were both let down by PF.
I am very satisfied with their service and goods, I would certainly recommend them to others and will use them again myself.

Great pillow, would but again

Prompt delivery and well packaged.

As I am intolerant of polyester and memory foam fillings, the bamboo filled Orthopaedic pillows are excellent. Breathing and comfort have improved immensely. Prompt delivery of an exceptionally good product. Highly recommend.

Good experience, even if we ordered a Hungarian Duvet and we received a Siberian Duvet. They said it is better quality, I am still not sure. But it was good.
