Knowing I was going through a few surgeries this year, I needed to purchase a lift chair to help with my recovery.

I stopped by the Whitehall store and Jesse was a very nice young man and answered all my questions.

When I checked online for availability, mine was shipping in 2 weeks. Wanted to make sure I got the one I selected, so ordered online!

When I walked in I was greeted by Jesse who offered his service and guidance but allowed me the space and time to shop the store and make my decisions. After Jessie prepared my order he involved the store Manager Chris would built upon the great service I received from Jesse by reviewing my order and making a price adjustment in my favor!

Both Jesse and Chris were welcoming, engaging and pleasure to work with!

Had a great experience from start to finish

I was planning to buy online but went to the R&F showroom. I was very pleased with this decision. Pat Ciufo helped me patiently to chose my furniture and, his expertise made a difference in helping me to pick the best quality. Additionally, I found many nice low priced items that are not listed online. The entire visit was a success.

I was greeted before I took the first 10 steps into the store and got my online order in less than 3 minutes of driving around to the garage door. You guys are awesome!!!!

The sales representative was very nice and helpful.

I asked for a box spring and mattress and bed frame I was told that it was white glove delivery and the bed would be setup. The bed frame was on the floor not connected. The bed was in the living room leaning on the wall. Instead of a box spring there was a box with a metal frame in it. I called the store I bought it from and was transferred to a manager who said he’d get back to me but he never did.

Representative was very cordial and pleasant. Didn’t try to steer us to the most expensive product but what served our needs. Made it a pleasant shopping experience.

Marilyn is our go to salesperson for many years. she fully engages with selections and checkout. We had a question that she was unable to answer. She got the manager and he came right out to solve an issue.. He was also very engaging. Another great Raymour experience in the books!

Sonja was excellent in meeting our expecations. She was very professional and had an ease of comfort professionalism, throughout the entire process.

I chose this particular sofa bed as a gift, because the delivery date said 3-5 days. Your store is literally ONE MILE from the delivery point. I was not contacted as promised after I made the purchase. Today when I called once again, I was told that the ETA is 21 days out and that I'll be contacted "once the pieces are in." Your retention rate is low for a reason. It's a dishonest business practice used to trick a customer into buying before they find out the real ETA. Delivery costs are expensive. I'd have told her to find a truck, but you don't even have the inventory. Unbelievable.
