Lucky was a delight to work with. His patience, knowledge, and communication via text and email was solid, as I live in Chicago and will be relocating to Brookline. He guided me to the completion of my purchase with enthusiasm. I have a beautiful couch and accent chair for my new "nest."

Dimitri & Mike were terrific. We were there to learn about mattresses and we ended up buying an adjustable bed, pillows, and a desk chair. The knowledge of the team was terrific and the service is equal getting our new bed the next day is super.

Buying a mattress is a big purchase. The sales associate at Raymour & Flanigan did not rush me. I had plenty of time to lie down on each mattress. There was even a mattress specialist I consulted, in addition to my sales person. I finally made a decision on which one would suit me best. Then, the attention to detail during the whole checkout process was pretty impressive. This was a good place to find a new mattress!
