Scott was great! Very patient and helpful! So glad he was able to help us make this big purchase and we can’t wait to get our new furniture.

Carole Daou, at the Natick location, was wait made the experience fantastic. No pressure sales, friendly, and very helpful. She greeted us and provided us with a few options based on what we were looking for. She was very knowledgeable and helped us with measurements t ensure the couch we picked would fit. Raymour & Flanigan has a great showroom with a wide selection of furniture to fit anyone's needs...prices are great to as we shopped during the Memorial weekend sale.

Our sales man Jamal Nelson was great. He was very friendly and knowledgeable about the furniture.

They were swift, careful and got things done. made sure to double check what was supposed to be put where and they were very kind.

The sore service was first rate- but the delivery was absolutely the best furniture /mattress delivery I have ever had! The notification system of first giving me a time window, the ability to track the delivery truck in relation to time, the 10 minutes before arrival call were all immensely appreciated.
AND THEN the 2 men delivering an and removing very heavy king sized mattresses were GREAT! Maneuvering around tight corners, not hitting chandeliers or light fixtures- and all done in less than 15 minutes.

Everyone was exceptionally helpful and friendly, especially our main salesperson Carl. He was great with our kids (we were shopping for a bed for our youngest) and made the entire experience funny, efficient and easy.

We worked with Scott on the sales team and he was nothing but respectful and professional when helping us decide to pick out our favorite couch. He allowed us to spend time deciding which couch was perfect for us without rushing us into something just for a sale. In times like these it can be hard to spend money on anything else other than the necessities. Scott is a prime example that good customer service will always most likely convert to a sale. It was a great experience and we can’t wait to get our new couch!

The entire team was incredibly helpful and professional even though we were only there for a platinum insurance trade out. I wish to give special mention to Scott who went above and beyond in helping us narrow down our selection. I also wish to mention the Sales Manager, Mark, who was attentive and entertaining. He engaged my entire family, not just me. Truly a personalized experience!

Jamal was awesome! He was extremely thorough and friendly, making sure we saw everything we needed without rushing or moving us along. He gave us space when we needed it, and helped us find a great couch!

Excellent service and product choice

Dezhon Johnson (DJ) was extremely professional and helpful during my shopping experience. He was great at providing options for my particular situation. He made great suggestions to aid in the delivery process. He is also very knowledgeable about the merchandise in the store. All staff members that I came in contact with were very kind and pleasant ensuring that I was have a great shopping experience. I highly recommend DJ and Raymour & Flanigan for your furniture needs.

Walked into the new store in Natick to see what it was like. Walked out with a new mattress, adjustable frame, mattress cover and sheets! John Maguire welcomed us to the store we chatted for a few minutes and told him we were just looking. We just happened to stop at the mattress department, he stopped to ask if we had any questions and because he was so knowledgeable about his products we bought one! John is a great salesman and will be an asset to your business.
