the rep called 20 minutes before my…

the rep called 20 minutes before my expected delivery to tell me what i ordered was no longer available and they will reimburse. so this morning i got up before the time i expected the matress delivery so i could unmake my bed, move furniture and make a path for the deliveryman to bring in the new and take out the old...even moved my vehicle outside so i could let them back the truck to the door....then the call comes that they dont have that style anymore ....20 minutes to 10 am. delivery expected 10-1.............thats why i put a 1.

Poor Communication

I ordered and paid for my nightstands on 4/6/26. I was given a timeline of 5-7 weeks before they would be ready for pick up. After 7 weeks I received no communication about the status of my order. After 2 months passed, I called the store and was told that my nightstands were back ordered. I find it very unprofessional that this was not communicated to me as I paid over $600 and had no idea when or if they would even be ready for pick up. I called again to get another update on the status because there was still no communication and I was told to call back on July 9th because they would most likely be ready then. When I called on the 9th, they were ready and I was finally able to pick them up. I am giving 2 stars because I am happy with the quality of the product. However, I think it’s unacceptable that there was 0 communication from Raymour and Flanigan about the delay of my order. If I didn’t already have the matching dresser, I would’ve cancelled this a long time ago. After this process, I have no interest in ordering from Raymour and Flanigan again.

unreliable

This is the second time Ive ordered from R&F and had issues with delivery. The first time I ended up canceling the order because of it. I bought a dresser that was supposed to arrive today. Cleared out my son’s room got rid of his old dresser only to be a called a few hours before delivery to be told there is no dresser and I have to reschedule. It’s now pushed out a week because I cant take off work for a delivery and my son has no dresser his room, his room is cleared out and my house rearranged for delivery. What a waste of time.

Our salesperson was wonderful

Our salesperson was wonderful! She took the time to explain to us the difference between each mattress and helped us find the balance between and price that we were comfortable with. Highly recommend!

Website makes promises it can't keep

When I ordered my Furniture online it stated that I could pick it up Saturday the 11th. Today is Saturday the 11th. I drove 45 minutes to get to the store. When I went in they told me it wasn't going to be in for almost another week. There was nothing in the email that I received that stated that the date listed on the website would not be the date I could actually pick it up and that I would need to wait to find out when I could pick it up. As of right now I will have to drive another 45 minutes there and back to pick it up when it is finally available.

Buyer beware!!

Buyer beware!!! Don’t shop there!!!! The WORST customer service I have ever experienced!!!! It was a 5 day fiasco to have 3 mattresses delivered properly- from the wrong items being shipped to the bed not being set up properly - little customer support or compensation- just lip service- they’re only concerned with the sale and the commission-

My table broke e weeks into having it. Unrepairable, ordered new table. Was advised 2 months ago tablecwas in , day of delivery was advised only base came in. Today table was to be delivered n received a call it was damaged.
