Greeted upon entering the store by Salesman Steve who remained with me throughout my visit. He was very helpful with my needs of ordering an on-line only couch which was accomplished He also ordered a swatch for me of couch while awaiting the couch which is made to order. Left the store extremely grateful to all as very pleasant atmosphere

My sales person “Janice” was fabulous! She listened and understood what I wanted and needed and was extremely helpful and knowledgeable with my questions and ALL.

I was surprised to see a store of Raymour and Flanigan in person at Ocean, it’s huge and elegantly expensive looking furniture store. But when I and my wife went inside, we’re surprised that those elegant furnitures are reasonably priced. A sales person named Shelly was a great help to us in making the decision to purchased a reclining sofa. We will return for sure for our next furniture purchase.

The staff from sales to customer service. I had a mattress that was covered under warranty. They helped me find a new mattress and adjustable base.

I came there, needing certain items around the house. Go for two. I purchased two mattresses two Accent chairs and a curio cabinet. Ronnie Cohen made the experience extremely easy. He was very personable, not overbearing, and very pleasant throughout the two day experience.

My experience at Raymour was excellent due to the help of Igor. When we walked in his cheerful personality was welcoming. Immediately offered us water and let us wander without following. We were able to see the furniture and talk without having someone hovering over us. Igor came at the perfect times to check in and answer our questions. Because of his excellent customer service we decided to purchase our furniture the same day. Truly we could have bought the furniture anywhere else but Igor was the one who made us want to buy there. He really did make the entire process easy. Would highly recommend Igor!
