While I had my china cabinet sitting in the cart for a couple of days, when I went to show it to my husband, it had been reduced a couple of hundred dollars. I pounced on it. :-)

Ordered online and had new bedroom furniture installed in three days. Easy, convenient process. Delivery people were professional and careful. Highly satisfied.

I’ve had two technicians come out and neither fixed anything except replace a cord. Both technicians said they didn’t have the proper equipment or tools to fix furniture. I made another appointment and no follow up

The product was easy to select and order, and the couch was delivered quickly and arrived in perfect condition. I’m very happy with my purchase and would definitely recommend it!

Amanda was great- very knowledgable, personable and friendly, and was NOT PUSHY, like some salespeople are. She listened to us, respected what we said, and went out of the way to accomodate us!

We were greeted immediately by the sales person who was quite friendly and took us to the section we needed. Showed us the various items, explained any questions we had, took down information and was generally quite pleasant. Sale was made.

Associate was kind, patient, considerate and knowledgeable.

They weren't pushy Was able to browse by ourself, Yet quickly available when we had questions.

The site was easy to navigate. The information on each item was laid out and easy to understand.

The ability to see the furniture in the space is everything!

Tad White greeted us with a warm smile on a Sunday afternoon and made our experience at Raymour & Flanigan in Big Flats wonderful from start to finish. We were shopping for a new mattress for our daughter Elizabeth’s canopy bed but weren’t sure what type would be best. Tad walked us through the different options, answered our questions, and gave us the information we needed to make our own educated decision without trying to influence our choice. He encouraged both Burdett and me to try the mattresses and gave us time to talk privately, without ever making us feel pressured. We ultimately chose a Tempur-Pedic mattress and foundation.

When they were delivered, we discovered that the foundation did not fit properly within Elizabeth’s canopy bed frame. Tad immediately helped us find the correct Tempur-Pedic foundation and made the necessary arrangements at no additional cost. Thanks to his knowledge and follow-through, we were able to preserve Elizabeth’s canopy bed while giving her the comfortable sleep system we wanted for her.

We truly appreciated Tad’s warmth, professionalism, patience, and commitment to making sure everything was right. We would highly recommend Tad White to anyone shopping at Raymour & Flanigan in Big Flats!

I scheduled a service appt for 8/11. Received an email and text that they would be here btw 12 and 3. At 1:30 on appt day, received an email and text to schedule an appt. When I called Service they had no record of my appt. I told the woman I had received both a text and email. She was very unpleasant. I will never buy from them again.

Store staff was rude and unhelpful. Especially Ali Dinesh. I understand furniture comes damaged. The store should understand people don’t like it. It seems they’d like you to accept whatever you’re delivered.
