Mr. Ansari was willing to show us all the options available. He was very nice and personable. He knew how to joke with us. Which was good. He handled all my husband’s questions. He was very easy to talk to. I give him two thumbs up.

Alex the salesperson was well informed, well spoken and knew exactly my needs and budget. My ultimate selection of bed and mattress was perfect.

Sales rep we dealt with was knowledgeable, dedicated, patient, and made us feel very comfortable without being pushy. We are awaiting our delivery and hope the experience continues to be as well as our in store visit went.

My initial visit was looking at the choices I had for a kitchen dining set. I went home, measured and came back to the store. I was welcomed again and found the perfect set for me. Very helpful associates who worked together as a team.

I ordered a bed for pickup on August 6th online. It said while
Completing and paying for my order it would be available for pickup on Saturday, and that I would receive an email when it was ready to be picked up. The only email I received had only a receipt number not an order number and no mention of when I could pick up. No way to look up when it is ready so I am going to call today and hopefully get some answers of when I can pick up the bed that I already paid for. Very unsatisfied with the online ordering.

Wonderful Experience at store on Carlisle Pike, Pa. OUr sales associate was Rich who was very knowledgeable of the products we were looking at. ANswered all our questions and was very polite. We came back to order because of him! He is an asset to your company. Your store had lots of options and displays for us to look at. So happy to be getting our furniture in 6 days!

Great deal on the purchase

Absolutely amazing

The salesman was very helpful and personable. I found just the leather recliner that I liked and he was thorough answering my questions. I was not expecting to purchase the queen box spring that he showed me but it was certainly far better than my 20+ year old one that I have now! I was pleased with all his help! Thank you!

I was able to talk with a real live young woman about my situation. She was informative, realistic in what she could do to help me with my problem. I believe her name was Winnie in the service department in RandF in West Springfield.. She was patient as well as attentive to an 87 year old women and her dislike talking to ?? What I call AI robots with no soul. Asked the right question and promised to find a solution that met my needs. She got back to me with a solution and a plan to met my needs as a consumer in distress I t said if asked I would let the powers to be aware of her help to an 87 year old former educater.As a former teacher it was always part of my way to let each person know when they went above and beyond to find a variety of ways and means to rise to their highest potential in what ever situation they find themselves dealing with. I am Thankful for hr help and the solution to my probably.

Growing up in Western NY, we purchased our furniture from Raymour & Flanigan. When I moved here, I had bought my furniture from the local places. I always felt something was missing, I never had connection with the funiture, felt like a number with the local stores. When I walked into R&F, I felt I was back home. The staff who are local people have the charisma and the training of the R&F way so watch this place memorize you, you won't be disappointed.

Great, easy, helpful online order process. It took a very long time, however. It was Massachusetts tax-free weekend, so I understood the time issue/
