Although I’m happy with their service and have had no issues I’m absolutely disgusted with the multiple GDPR violations in their replies on trustpilot and who knows where else? Because of this I will not be renewing my subscription when it expires in a couple of weeks.

LOL scammers and doxxers the owner must've been bullied at school

Its a piracy network, don't let them pretend otherwise or that they didn't know. Their replies to comments here are pathetic and their TOS wont get them out of legal consequences.

Does the service work? Yeah very well actually, hence the 3 stars, but their attitude stinks. They take peoples money and ban them for anything. I charged back and got a refund, they tried to reverse it, but failed.

My advice is, if you don't use it now don't start, its not going to end well.

Publicly doxxing people for leaving negative reviews. While not TECHNICALLY illegal, it is certainly scummy. Canceling my account because if this is how they treat people publicly, imagine what they do behind closed doors.

be careful, they are collecting your information. download, ip and everything, and openly threatening to share all of that to interested party when it serves them.

I've been using Real Debrid for the last few years and the service has been great, which when there has been down time. The company has compensated us, so all these negative reviews on here are just utter lies.

Cheap, reliable and just works.

Alot of Karen's here. Not European nor American. I am using RD for years from Asia without any problems. Some of the RD's subscriber are cheap intolerant typical i wanna see your manager Karens. You are geeting great service getting entertained for just few EUR but your are complaining. What a cheap bitter character you are.

Hope RD will prevail and all the cheap haters can get service by building your own debrid service.

You have like a million bad reviews, and none of them are your fault supposedly. Also, giving out people's email addresses and reddit accounts in posts is really close to doxing and I'm surprised you haven't yet been taken down. I'm posting this so that the person replying to other reviews can know that, they can stop trying. Within 3 months you'll be out of a job anyway so no need to stalk reviewers. Touch some grass

In fairness so far so good. About 5 months into my subscription and bar one minor blurp, it's been worth every penny.

They've always been fantastic and reliable, They are always considerate during any downtime, and compensate customers appropriately. And even during recent events, I will remain a loyal customer of theirs, they are still the best!!!

I’m so sorry to see what’s happening with real-debrid they provided a great service then mine stopped working just over a week ago, rather than complain I would like to say seeing those really mean comments here is very sad I’ve not seen these people who are complaining give them thanks for what they gave us instead they are posting very unkind comments that is not helpful, I’m sure RD will sort it out it’s not going to happen overnight so patience is needed rather than showing frustration it’s not helpful, RD I wish you the best and want to thank you please take no notice of those people posting their negativity don’t give them your time responding they wasn’t complaining when the service was giving them great links so why attack now? Don’t waste your time replying to them they just trying to get you out of character so you lose your temper on them your better than their comments just focus on your recovery and everything will work out for you, from me there’s no complaints only thanks I hope you get to sort everything out I truly mean that, attacking people online seems to be a thing that’s accepted in our society it’s terrible I don’t agree with that bullying mentality keep your head up all is not lost👍🏽😊

Hi, I don't usually feel the need to complain or give bad reviews but I just wanted to speak from my own experience to alert people what they will get themselves into with signing up with Real Debrid.

I had signed up with them using a 90 day subscription, which was going really well! But then they posted about them changing their service so some shows and movies may not be available anymore and I wanted a refund because I didn't know whether they were going to keep running just after I had purchased the subscription.

Real Debrid Support Team got back to my ticket very fast which was impressive, however they are quite rude with their responses. My account received a refund but they collected the money again... I don't really know what to say about that. Hopefully I receive it in a few more days.

When you try to subscribe to the service, you cannot because they ban you and tell you to find a different service (you can't use them anymore).

WARNING REAL DEBRID ARE SCAMMERS.

Paid for 6 months subs until next year to continually using it with kodi. They have now removed all support from kodi and it’s now virtually impossible to use. I requested a refund of what was left of my payment due to them changing the use of the service. The scammers refuse to give me my money back.
