Will fit a 2026 Jeep Compass

I had a 2020 Jeep Compass & bought the rain guard set for her a couple years ago from RealTruck. Recently I bought a 2026 Jeep Compass after trading my 2020 in,so I wanted to get rain guards for her as well. However I couldn't find any rain guards that attach to the outside of of the vehicle, they were all inside channel guards & I can't stand those cause they don't fit properly, get snagged on the window even after applying them correctly & are just to much of a headache even for an auto tech like me. After doing some research, I found most sites stated that the 2020 would fit the 2026 due to the body style not changing very much so I took a chance & bought them. They arrived pretty quickly, reasonably priced & fit the 2026 Jeep Compass perfectly. So happy with the outcome.

The salesperson Rudy was wonderful to…

The salesperson Rudy was wonderful to work with and sent me a link to order from to make sure of the exact liner I would be receiving. Shipping was very fast! Fits perfect in our 2026 Toyota Tacoma Hybrid. They are a little softer rubber and not as Black in color as the older years compared to our 2015 Toyota ones. They are very nice designed and cannot beat the glove fit.

I placed an order on December 24

I placed an order on December 24, 2025 for an Aries Forefront 7100, which was clearly advertised on RealTruck’s website as in stock with a delivery date of December 31, 2025.

On Monday, January 5, 2026, I was finally informed that the part had actually been discontinued — meaning it was never going to ship at all.

Even worse, I did not receive my refund until January 8, 2026, meaning RealTruck held my money for over two weeks for an item that they could not and would not fulfill.

What makes this especially irresponsible is that as of today, that exact same discontinued part is still being advertised on their website as “in stock” with a one-week delivery window.

That means other customers are very likely placing orders for an item that does not exist, waiting days to be told it’s unavailable, and then waiting even longer to get their money back.

This is not a small mistake — it’s misleading, irresponsible, and wastes customers’ time and money. If RealTruck cannot fulfill or source a product, they should not advertise it as available, and they should certainly not delay notifying customers or issuing refunds.

I will not be ordering from RealTruck again, and I strongly recommend others verify availability elsewhere before trusting what this company advertises on their website.

They sent me the wrong product and it…

They sent me the wrong product and it took 2 1/2 months to get to my house and then they will not warranty or refund the product so I’m stuck with something that don’t work. Definitely do not recommend doing business with them.

In the end, buy from anyone else

In the end, private equity backed Real Truck acquired Bak Industries and has been selling the Bakflip G2 under false advertising. They have taken a perfectly good product, cut some costs with cheaper materials and packaged it under false pretenses to unsuspecting customers. The Real Truck Bak is not the same as the Bakflip G2 as advertised. Do not buy it because there is a 20% restocking fee if you decide you want to return it.

No customer support, does not respond to emails. When you finally reach a person they tell you to contact manufacturer. Thanks. Big help. I would not recommend.

I ordered a gill guard for my pickup…

I ordered a gill guard for my pickup nine days later and it still hasn’t shipped. Contacted customer support and was told they will have tracking look into it.I told them to cancel my order and refund my money back to my credit card. Was told my order was cancelled been 3 days and my money was not been credited back to my card. It’s not shipped so why and what does tracking have to do with it. I’ll never be a customer or recommend real truck to anyone even if I hate the person . I’m quite sure that if you were to add all the employees IQ together you will still get a negative number. These people and this business is a FRICKING JOKE
So I’ll make you a bet that the next several reviews will all be 5⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ . Watch and see

do NOT recommend


I am extremely disappointed with the customer service and lack of communication within this company. I purchased a truck cover with rapid shipping and called four days later to obtain a tracking number. Instead, I spent nearly four hours on the phone, spoke with seven different representatives, and had to repeat my situation multiple times. None of them were able to resolve my issue.

After all of that time, my concern was still not addressed, and I was told someone would reach out in 2–4 business days. Spending four hours on the phone with no resolution is completely unacceptable. I would not recommend purchasing from this company unless you are prepared for poor communication and a frustrating experience.

DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY!!!

DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY!!!! As you can see no reply on any reviews from them. They don't care once they get their money. Ordered $300+ seat covers and the fit is horrible. The generic ones I replaced from Walmart actually fit and looked better. Tried to return them and was denied because they said it was a custom item. Not even close. Rest assured I may have been ripped off but I will go out of my way to ensure no one else waste money with this company.

RealTruck issue

Ordered nerf bars on 11/3/25 its 12/24/25 they have never delivered product. I have called and emailed numerous times inquiring they just keep giving excuses. The nerf bars are a Lund product and RealTruck owns Lund international. I wonder how many other people they have taken money from and are gaining interest on there money without delivering a product.
