Outstanding Customer Service

Outstanding customer service. I ordered a truck bed liner for a Christmas gift for a friend and did it through the assistance of a rep using their live chat. She was very professional and patient. Kudos!

Don't believe a word these people say

Don't believe a word these people say! Their customer service is non-existent. They are liars and don't give a rats ass about how you are treated.

Example: I purchased a tonneau cover for my new truck (I have purchased several from RT over the years). For this most recent purchase however, I messed up and made an error in ordering. My new truck has a composite bed and the one I ordered wouldn't work. I called about returning it; I did two chats about returning it. I read their return policy, and there isn't anything in that policy that said the sale was final. The item wasn't special order or monogrammed or anything like that. Also, we are talking $999 plus tax! I have gotten no response from them whatsoever. I have emailed several times too. The first time I talked with a CS agent and the promised someone would call me, well that has never happened.

I found a local dealer and purchased the one I needed and had it installed. I like their products and all of the previous tonneau covers I purchased have been great products. But now I am stuck trying to sell a brand new, unopened box, $999 tonneau cover and these jerks won't contact me and allow a return.

I will never buy anything from them ever again. Their policy states they know mistakes can happen, so this was a mistake and they don't care.

Go to *&^% RealTruck!!

The entire crew at the Real Truck in…

Zachary Coon and the entire crew at the Real Truck at 2576 S. Adam’s Rd.Rochester Hills Michigan 48309 is AWESOME! I had purchased a set of AMP Power Steps for my 2023 Ford Bronco and they had stopped working and after exhausting my options with diagnosing the issue myself I had them take a crack at it. They found the issue very quickly and I can’t explain how happy and satisfied I am with them…

Very disappointed

I ordered a set of nerf bars on 09/26/25 and they were to arrive by 10/06/25. 9 weeks later and many times chatting with customer service and given many different reasons why my order was not fulfilled I cancelled the order. Two weeks after I ordered my product it was listed on their website as out of stock. All I asked for was a truthful answer about why it was taking so long and all I got was the run around and scripted answers. STAY AWAY from Real Truck

Not honest or trustworthy

Purchased a set of nerf bars on 09/26/25 delivery was to be 10/06/25. After 4 different times trying to get a truthful answer to why my order has not been fulfilled or shipped I decided to cancel the order after 9 weeks of excuses and lies. Stay away from Real Truck, customer service gives you scripted answers about things you ask about

So my experience with real truck…

So my experience with real truck started off very great with one of their customer representatives named Rudy and guaranteeing me and promising me that I would have my rim in 2 days. That is the whole reason why I decided to order a $230 rim since they were all out of the cheaper rims that would fit my vehicle. I run my own construction company because I do not have a rim right now I am not working. I expressed this to Rudy and told him that the whole reason why I would pay this much for a rim is because he guaranteed me that it would be here within 2 days or at least would be shipped within 2 days now. It's 3 days later and it's still saying shipment fulfillment. So I decided to call real truck customer representatives again just to find out that they don't even know if they have any in stock or when it's going to be shipped. I was also told that they don't work over the weekend so if it's not shipped today hopefully they'll get to it on Monday. This is not the type of business I run myself and I wouldn't expect another professional company to be doing such a thing. I also was not expecting to be lied to so that the corporation can get a few more bucks in their wallet. I do not like this company's way of doing things and if it's not processed by the end of the day I'm just going to cancel it. I am so tired of websites not doing what they're supposed to

Great customer service rep

The customer service rep was professional & friendly. She was a pleasure to work with. She addressed all of my questions pertaining to the floor mats I was considering. She also went over the details of their return policy. I placed my order with her.
