I purchased several accessories for my 2026 Silverado high Country and each item arrived within 5 days and fit perfectly. The ordering and follow up from Realtruck was extremely easy and the customer service was excellent.
No customer service
I spoke with a customer service representative prior to placing my order and they assured me that if their product was not what I wanted there would be no problem returning it and receiving a full refund. That was almost 45 days ago. No one monitors their email responses. No one will return a call. Horrible customer service experience and I won't order anything else from them or recommend anyone else to. I completely replied to their requests and still no refund

Found a cheaper online price and called to see if RT would match and within a couple of minutes i had the price matched and order done. Good product knowledge from the salesman. Easy transaction
There is no warranty
There is no warranty, but they will give a person 20% of next purchace ,how about refund? Never buy from this seller.
We had an issue with the Roller Cover…
We had an issue with the Roller Cover on our Ford Ranger Sport....it stopped working altogether & leaked.
After numerous calls,messages,emails it was decided to replace the unit.
We drove 1200km to get this work carried out.
After delivering the vehicle to the workshop & agreeing on a pick up date ...2 days...it took a week to get my vehicle back.
The product is relatively good, however, the company's customer service is appalling.
Their empathy to our needs did not exist.
I would NOT recommend them and strongly suggest that if you are looking for a cover of this type, go elsewhere....
dont believe their "get it by dates" they have zero clue
So ordered a tail gate part on 11/11 and states i would receive it by 11/20. surprise surprise its not even shipped by the 20th email them and they states oops its backordered and out probably 3-4 more weeks. if you go to website today it still says get it by 11/29 if you order today i hate it when they blatantly lie to you when you order something just to make a dollar and then their response is " do you want to cancel" or "ooops, sorry" bad business, especially after you spend over a $1,000 on their site already

I bought a new 2026 Chevy Sliverado 2500HD. I tried several local part store and they all told me it was to new and there wasn't a product listed for it. I called Real Truck talked with a sales rep and he had me set up with everything I needed.

Ordered what was listed/advertised/represented as "New", running-boards/side-rails for my Truck. Received the brackets separately from the rails packaging one day apart, no issue with them.
The packaging in which the rails themselves were packaged in looked as if it had been sitting in a warehouse for months, had multiple holes in it, shoe prints on it (route drivers will step on elongated boxes) which appeared old, and more of an issue was the way each end of the box was taped and that tapes condition.
Firstly the tape looked old and was even curling in one area, the ends had undoubtedly been opened then re-sealed at least once. Wether the contents were removed or had issues I don't know. I immediately contacted the company for a replacement, stating I "DID NOT" agree to nor order "Open Box" merchandise and expect that when merchandise is represented as "New in Box" I expect it is delivered to me sealed from the manufacturer, never removed nor handled nor installed unless I've otherwise agreed to such a transaction.
I also made it perfectly clear that if the replacement rails arrive (peculiar the brackets are sent separately) in the same condition I would then immediately return them and then request a refund. The rep I was speaking to responded she had no control over what the warehouse ships, that was not the answer I was expecting.
Anyway, the replacement rails packaging they shipped was virtually the same as the one I just returned. Never opened the box, and then immediately called for a return of both boxes and a complete refund.
I had this happen earlier in the year with a truck tool box (by a company I won't mention here) which shipped me someone's return with exactly the same mechanical defects as well as being dented.
Quality and customer service is rapidly becoming deplorable in America.
Fantastic customer service
I ordered a part for my wife's car. When it came in, it was not exactly what she wanted. I called Real Teuck customer service and was given other options and was emailed other options. Ultimately I returned the part for refund. I will search Real Truck first for parts and accessories for my truck. I'll have my wife pick out her parts there also.
They sell you a product with zero…
They sell you a product with zero instructions. Yiu call and they tell you you have to watch a video online. You go online and the only video they have is for a Toyota truck, I have a F250. Their customer service is horrible. I finally put the product in without instructions and it is ok but not perfect. The swinging toll box leans so you have to pull it up from the back to get it to lock. The whole experience has been bad. I will not buy from them again.

Read before ordering
Ordered part 15 days ago that I was assured they had in stock. Nothing shipped, only one response to my emails "We see your order is in our system, but there isn’t any tracking on it just yet. We will be reaching out for an update as lead times may vary. As soon as we have a response, we will be back in touch." Yeah - they aren't contacting me back...
Then they told me it would be three weeks.
I ordered it 10/20/25, today is 12/4/25. It still doesn't show on their website - and after several attempts I just got an email response that says “We anticipate your order will be fulfilled within the next 3 weeks.” And they closed my support request.
I'm sorry - but blowing off a customer for 3 weeks at is not customer support.
Great customer service
I had great customer service there was a product that i found at a lower price and was able to chat with someone about price matching and the customer service rep was able to assist me through the chat app and got everything taking care of for all the way to setting up the shipping and billing would recommend real truck to everyone.
