I purchased a cashmere sweater for my husband for Christmas. When it arrived it was folded and screwed up like a bag of rags. No way does it look like cashmere. There are no labels inside of the jumper no washing instructions, nothing to say its cashmere. I contacted their customer services who offered me a £4 refund. The sweater cost £23. I told them it was unacceptable but have not heard anything since . Thus is 4 days ago. Please don't buy from this company it's a load of rubbish that they sell

SCAMMERS! Also trading as Amori-London and Amor London. Highly misleading websites making claims such as contract with Royal Mail, Eco credentials and so on…what isn’t revealed is that the goods are shipped from China, aren’t new stock, extremely poor quality. Search deeper into Amori-London, Amor-London sites and you will eventually discover that the company is based in China. Also, do an image search via Google and you’ll discover the images used on the websites aren’t original but have been used on many sites over the years. I bought a pair of boots (I feel like an idiot falling for this!) supposedly discounted. The cheapest of rubbish, ill fitting, wanted to return, was told goods had to be returned to CHINA and it would cost anything from a minimum £20 PLUS duty payment to ship to China or £100 via FedEx. £50 I won’t get back but having the opportunity to expose this bunch of thieves will make up for it.
Go through website with a fine-tooth comb before you part with your personal information, not just your money!!

Rip off company selling under various uk company names that don't exist. Poor quality plastic shoes that are supposed to be quality hand made leather. I paid by PayPal so got my money back. The shoes will be going to a charity. AVOID - THEY ARE SCAMMERS.

Horrendous experience. £20 to ship products back to china and not received refund over a month later. Avoid at all costs. When I asked to make a complaint they emailed me about something unrelated suggesting I try a bigger size

I have had exactly the same wording and the standard 15,30,50% discount offered from both sites at the same time to keep the items.
Both the same company, both total cons based in China !!??

I have bought and fighting to send back a total of three items. My next port of call is my card payment insurance.

They pretend they are UK based but actually from China. We bought lamps from there and they are all of really bad quality and have chinese plugs - not what you expect from a company called 'lunara lights london'.

I wish we had done better research of this company as we have now bought lamps we cannot return and we have lost that money.

Allows for SCAM companies such as Nancy London who sell clothing without any possibility of complaint, returns or refunds - reamaze.com should be aware!

We have been using Reamaze chat for a few years now and the experience has been phenominal. I would recommend to anyone who requires a chat platform for the website.

Had no idea that purchase was from China, especially given that re:amaze promotes itself as JONES LONDON.
Delivery time excessive and returns unreliable due to 'customs' system. Company has written to advise that a return will likely be unsuccessful due to customs restrictions and time to process.

Purchased from Zolani. Never received the goods, and received very strange responses whenever I followed up. They eventually asked for my identify document number which was not necessary. Complete and utter scam

I have been their client, for 1 month, because simply I just couldn't cope with the bugs and level of support that is absolutely below any standards.

Now, I asked if they could please email me my 1 month invoice, for I have paid for the 1 month service, and they said (I quote):

"We do not hang on to documents and user information for more than 2 days once the account has been canceled"

So, they have a license to steal, not only from me, but from their own government :)

The tool used to work ok, however, recently there have been a lot of problems with it. The social media integrations have been failing in several ways over the past couple of months.

1. Instagram comments, Instagram DMs, Facebook comments, Messenger messages, Facebook Ad comments all have bugs on Reamaze. The connections just don't work, messages don't come through, and constant error messages appear about the integrations. It happened a couple of months ago, now it's happening again yet they're still charging us in full. It's actually costing us to use this tool as we need to manually go through all the social media tools ourselves - Reamaze isn't functioning anymore.

2. The Facebook Ads integration has another bug where - when it's actually working - only SOME of your adverts will actually get recognised by Reamaze. We have some ads that just stopped being recognised by Reamaze around 3 months ago and we found that there are hundreds of spam comments all over them because they stopped appearing in Reamaze for no reason at all. Very unreliable.

3. Also, their customer support used to be ok but recently has been between passive-aggressive to rude. You'll be explaining the issue from your side and their agent will just copy/paste the exact same canned reply back to you that ignores what you've been saying.

So far we've requested refunds from the service. This review will stay here until they resolve their issues with charging us for a faulty service. If refunds aren't processed we'll be reaching out to our bank to dispute the charges as the promised service just hasn't been provided.

Great app, really does help us to manage our email system amongst our team - we wouldn't be without it. Support is also very helpful. The cost is somewhat pricey however, hence why I have given them 4 stars.. if the price was more reasonable it would be an easy 5 stars.

Good value for money! Has some cool features and it's easy to get all your main channels in one place for your customer support team.

I can't believe how many features you get access to, simply with their starter plan.
We tried Zendesk and Freshdesk before and all the useful features were extra add-ons, but with Re-Amaze everything is included in their started plan, with no hidden costs or paid add-ons, keep up the good work!! 🙌

I was conned by Ateli for goods never received. Any emails are responded to with fatuous platitudes and no action.
They just want your money; ignore and avoid, you'll save a lot of heartache.

High quality, affordable software with a deep feature set. Saved my company lots of time with customer service. Integrates reasonably well with other common services like RingCentral.
