Rebrandly has more in their plan than Bitly does. I set up my links and qr codes and print them, and never worry about them breaking down. Even months later.

redirect serving is good when working. Customer service is terrible. Delays in domain transfers out of rebrandly --that is ridiculous

Rebrandly is a scam. I canceled my account in 2021, and they continued charging me without me knowing. Not only that, they increased the price by $10/month. When I found out and told them to refund my money and cancel my account, they refused to do either one. They refused to refund me, and they continued charging me, even though I clearly stated "CANCEL MY ACCOUNT" in writing. Rebrandly is a fraudulent scam.

Received a scam message from this website regarding parking tickets. Gave a link to click on, which I didn’t, obviously.
It’s outrageous that this is continuing and the website needs taking down 🤬

It is pretty apparent that this company profits from scammers using their services and does nothing to prevent it. I have forwarded all reports to the FTC

I jumped on a domain deal that seemed too good to pass up. But what followed was one of the worst customer support experiences I’ve ever had with a tech company.

•I bought the domain intending to use it with Short.io (which I mentioned clearly).
•Support first told me they could change the DNS settings.
•Then they reversed course days later, saying it wasn’t allowed unless I transferred the domain out.
•When I asked them to reconsider the policy? I was ignored.
•When I asked why I couldn’t control a domain I legally owned? I was accused of being “inappropriate” for wanting to use it with another service.
•I was told it was a “gift” and therefore it was wrong to use it outside Rebrandly—despite the fact that I now own it and never agreed to those strings.

And now? I’ve just been charged for a subscription I already canceled through their website on day one. Like many, I always cancel trials immediately if I’m unsure. They bank on people forgetting—I didn’t. Their site gave no indication I had to ALSO cancel through PayPal separately.

If you’re considering using Rebrandly: think twice. Their Terms of Use bury the fact that you can’t control your DNS. Their support talks in circles. And the moment you push back? You’re treated like a problem.

I’ll be transferring my domain out the second ICANN allows me to. I won’t be recommending Rebrandly to anyone. Short.io has been kind, clear, and professional every step of the way. The difference is night and day.

Paid for a domain renewal back in January - received numerous "you're about to expire" emails despite that payment. Have an 8-email chain trying to get customer support to head off the errant cancellation. Yet this weekend I lost access to my links because of that incorrect cancellation. Frustrating!

I had a fantastic experience with Rebrandly. Their tool was incredibly helpful, I loved being able to track who clicked on my links and see detailed analytics. I purchased the Pro plan, and it worked perfectly for my needs.

When I no longer needed the service, I forgot to cancel my subscription. I reached out to request a refund, and Kristi, the agent who helped me, was absolutely fantastic and professional. She processed my refund without any hassle at all, one of the smoothest refund experiences I’ve ever had. Quick, easy, and outstanding customer service.

Great product, great support, and I’ll definitely use Rebrandly again when I need it in the future. Highly recommend!

Great tool that I use, but the new policy where you can only edit a certain number of link/month seems just a way to rob and take more money than needed.
If they go back, i'll edit this review to a 5/5, because I've never had any problems with them.

Deceptive and misleading practices Avoid dealing with them at all costs. I always use virtual credit cards (VCC) for free trials to test out different platforms, ensuring they’re a good fit before committing, and to avoid the hassle of manually removing payment details after the trial period ends. In this case, I used a VCC to try out a free trial. The initial links seemed fine, but I soon realized the platform wasn't useful to me, so I stopped using it. Later, I noticed that the company attempted to charge me over $100, despite their plans starting at just $12. Essentially, their approach is dishonest—they lure you in with a free trial and, if you provide payment information, they’ll enroll you in their most expensive package or unexpectedly charge you. Stay away from them.

the rebranding was perfect. The new logo is modern and well-designed. The team was professional and attentive to our needs. The final result exceeded our expectations. Highly recommended.
