I have been working for Recruit Mint Ltd for a few years. All the staff are friendly, professional and very helpful. I have only been at one placement, which I have enjoyed and still enjoying. I woul recommend Recruit Mint to anyone all day long.

Jamie was amazing at the start of my application for a vacancy after finding my CV online. Perfect fit for the role 100% even over qualified, arranged phone interview and discussed how well it went after. Salary was not quite right but certainly not miles away. Didn't get back to me very quick and then excuses. My final shock and disappointment was an email with apologies for delay and bad news I'm not the right fit and "I'll call later to give feedback when I've caught up" I told him not to call that day and received no apology or further contact. Very unprofessional

Have worked for recruitmint for just under a year saddie was absolutely great and found me a fantastic role which led to a permanent position in the company never had any issues with pay and was always got back to promptly if I had any queries or hiccups would highly recommend if you are looking for something that leads to a permanent placement .

I was looking for a job at the beginning of the year and didn’t really get a lot of feedback, however having put my toe back in the water now with James and Carl they got me 2 interviews within a week! I understand that the pandemic played its part back at the beginning of the year but I have no doubt that Carl and James’s commitment and professionalism has helped me no end this time, I just wish I’d found Recruit Mint a few months back!

They even call before an interview to help with interview prep and check in on progress, I thought that was great and something no one else has done!
