What a bad experience! We ordered a washing machine and it said it would be delivered in 3-7 days. Then I got an email saying it would arrive in two weeks. I asked for a discount due to the extended waiting time, they said no. Meanwhile, the dirty clothes are piling up... so the two weeks passed, and then 3 days after the scheduled delivery date, I started calling to ask what’s up. No proper answer, just automated responses/emails. Eventually I got an automated email saying it would take another two weeks. An hour later, another automated email saying it would take 4 more weeks!!!!! Time to cancel the order, leave a bad rating and advise anyone interested in buying something from these dickwads to think twice!!! Terrible service, terrible prices, terrible reliability and a terrible company. Saturn will never get another euro from us!

One of my packages have been lost and still have no idea of where it is. They are still verifying it...since more than 15 days, and after more than 20 days that the package should be arrived.
50% of probability of having your packages is not good.
