EXTREMELY disappointed in Redcoon

I am so angry with Redcoon. I ordered a fitted /built-in washing machine from them in Germany because of their Premium Plus service (delivery, installation - including fitted or built in machines, removal of old machine). Their service - DHL - delivered the machine but did not install the new one or remove the old one. Too complicated according to them and they left. For 2 weeks I phoned and mailed redcoon and, besides placating noises, they did NOTHING. They did not even have the decency to call or mail me back ONCE. They simply said yes, they have had problems with this service. My tenant (to my embarrassment) has had to live for 2 weeks with a broken washingmachine and a new one standing in the middle of the sitting room. I have now had to find a plumbing service to install the machine and remove the old one. After 2 weeks of phoning and emailing they have finally agreed (per phone, I still don't have it black on white) to pay for this installation. I will have to compensate my tenant for 2 weeks of inconvenience - I want compensation from Redcoon!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

No After-Sales Service

I orderd a samsung telephone. Everything went great for the order : packaging was good, delays were ok, products were the ones I ordered.

Then I had to send it back under guarantee because of a failure (keyboard stoped working). That was Novembre 2009. Today (April 2010) I'm still fighting to get anything back. It took them 5 months to aknowlege they could not repair the phone and offered a refund. I have been waiting for this refund for a month. I sent lots of mails to the bosses, I spent time on the online chat service, I called them (only in Dutch for the belgian website), and the only answer I get is "please be patient".

This is very wrong!

I HAVE NOT RECIEVED MY PRODUCT

I ordered a nikon lense worth 120 euros.

First they sent the lense to my address without writing the floor and room number. Two weeks passed and my lense was sent back to redcoon. I call them a number of times and finally I get them to send me a new lense. The new lense is sent two a completely wrong address that DHL would not inform me about.

4 weeks have passed and i cannot get in touch with Redcoon customer service. I call tehm, they put me on hold for 10-15 minutes and then i give up. (I have spend 35 euros worth of phone cards).

I HATE YOU SOOOO MUCH REDCOON
