Terrible CS

My issue got escalated but no one replied for 4 days instead of the promised 48 hours. Had to explain everything all over again to multiple agents. Every single time it's the same story—they say they'll check and get back to you, then nothing happens. Waited over an hour for responses and still no follow-up.

Did this 3 times with different agents. Same issue every time.

The chatbot is also the worst I've ever seen. Absolutely useless.

I work in the same field and this has been a perfect lesson in what NOT to do. Would not recommend unless they actually fix their support.

Terrible support - system error forced me to pay $10 fee

RedotPay system made an OCR error, misspelling my card name as 'MOIAAD' instead of 'MOUAAD'. I provided their own official statement as proof, but support agent Athirah refused to acknowledge the technical glitch, denied my request to escalate to a supervisor, and closed the chat. Unprofessional service."

Scam and fraud
They scammed my money and even blocked the bonus as they promised. I carried my kyc and loaded around 500$ but they flagged it after I tried to pay. After days of waiting I finally got to take out my 500$. Extremely glitchy and risky site

Scam

The balance is still available, but they intentionally limit the number of payments per day to earn $0.50 per failed transaction, even though they've already collected $10 from the card. Stay away from these scammers.

Hi Giap Vo,

We understand your concerns regarding declined payments and the associated fees. Let us explain.

The daily limit on the number of payments is a standard security measure, not an intentional restriction to generate fees. It is designed to protect your account from unauthorized or excessive usage.

To help you avoid declined transactions and the associated fees, we strongly recommend reviewing the following steps before each payment:

1. Check your card status – Ensure your card is active (not frozen, reported lost, expired, or deleted). You can verify this in the RedotPay app.

2. Ensure sufficient balance – Keep a little more than your purchase amount in your account. For example, if your purchase is exactly 100 USD, the transaction may fail due to fees—reserve a buffer. You can also enable low balance alerts for notifications.

3. Manage subscription payments – If you no longer use a card with a merchant, promptly unlink it. Otherwise, recurring charges may be attempted even if the card is inactive, leading to rejections and fees.

4. Verify settings before paying – Confirm that the relevant crypto assets and local currencies are enabled as payment options, and that your spending amount does not exceed the card's single transaction or daily limits.

5. Follow merchant rules – Only transact with merchants that support RedotPay cards and ensure compliance with their specific payment rules.

I have a bad experience with RedotPay…

I have a bad experience with RedotPay at the moment,i had an deposit of 10K into my account and for the past 2 weeks i can’t use my funds as they are making their verification.
I have provided the proof of my funds ,several times i have sent to them my bank statements ,loan agreements, contract and proof of my income from my business which i have sold, salary paycheck everything what they have requested and what i sent, was rejected.
For me this is kind of a scam which is happening right now now.
The worst experience that i had so far with any crypto wallet.
I requested several times to unblock my funds via email and they can close my account if im not their customer profile, but still RedotPay its making it difficult on purpose.
Now im requesting to speak with an live agent and nobody is answering.
The worst experience ever
I make an public complaint, i request my personal funds to be unblocked immediately.

Bad experience with the Security Team

I appreciate the service you provide — it is fast, useful, and well designed.

However, I would like to share a recent experience that was disappointing from a security disclosure perspective.

I reported a security issue to your security team with full technical details and reproduction steps, as requested. The issue appears to have been fixed, which is positive.

The concern is that I did not receive any acknowledgment or feedback after the submission. As a security researcher, even a simple confirmation or thank-you message would have been appreciated and would reflect positively on the company’s engagement with responsible disclosure.

For clarity, the issue I reported was:
• Direct access to production infrastructure via origin IP addresses
• The same application being accessible outside the intended public entry point (CDN layer)
Potential impact included: • Exposure of origin infrastructure to the public internet
• Increased attack surface on backend systems
• Possible bypass of intended traffic routing architecture
The issue has since been addressed by your technical team, which I appreciate.

My intention in sharing this is purely to improve communication practices around responsible disclosure and encourage stronger engagement with security researchers in the future.

Don't trust them

Update:
Still liars. They've approved a 'refund' of my own money that will take 5-25 days (a crypto transfer that usually takes seconds). I only got a response from them after 7 days and reporting them to the regulatory authorities.

Original review:
Don't trust them, they're scammers. Their support is of no help.

They accept a few deposits and then suddenly one of your deposits is flagged as high risk. My story:

- Did a test deposit. Everything worked.
- Did a full deposit. Suddenly the deposit is failed.
- Then their telegram says to contact support. You'll also notice lots of other people with similar complaints on telegram.
- Their support takes days to respond and never gives any informative answers. Plus they ask you for more information and then disappear again.

Best to report them to App store and Google Play store to have the app removed.

Hi John Lush,

We understand your dissatisfaction and concerns, and we sincerely apologize for the delays and poor communication you encountered during the deposit process. This is by no means the experience we wish to provide you.

Regarding your failed deposit, this was due to our system review flagging the transaction as potentially risky, with the aim of ensuring smooth subsequent transactions and safeguarding overall platform security. We fully understand the inconvenience this has caused, but such reviews are a necessary part of our security responsibilities.

Regarding the refund address you initially provided, it turned out that it could not receive the refund, which required us to repeatedly confirm with you. After internal escalation and special handling, we have now accepted the address you provided and completed the review. At present, your refund is being expedited and we are prioritizing it to ensure it reaches you as soon as possible.

SCAMMERS…

Do not put your money into this app as it's a huge scam. I asked for a refund and was told it would take between 24 hours and 30 days. That's not a real bank, as the banks are operating transactions at any time without any problems. I do not recommend this fake app for use, especially in cryptocurrency. Use proper apps for crypto and check the reviews all the time whenever you have to transfer or spend your money.

Do not send your $ to RedotPay please

Hi guys!

Please, guys, choose any other crypto card. Don’t fall for the marketing. They haven’t been able to return my money for a month — neither refund it nor credit it to my balance. Constant excuses about '24 hours' and talking to AI slop — that’s RedotPay. I wouldn’t be surprised if we soon see news headlines about this company being a scam. I’m a real user, by the way — UID 1134366367. I spent about $10k on the service over the course of a year. And in May, I stopped all interaction with this service. They simply froze my deposit.

RedotPay stopped my withdrawal for a…

RedotPay stopped my withdrawal for a security review and asked for additional information. I cooperated fully and agreed to the verification process.

However, I clearly informed support that since the review would take 48 hours, the transaction would become irrelevant by then, I no longer needed it to go through.

I contacted live support and explicitly asked them to cancel the transaction while my docs are under review. The agent (Adeel) confirmed: “I have forwarded your request to cancel the transaction” and asked me to wait for the relevant department.

I warned them directly: “It would be your responsibility if the transfer reaches the recipient on Saturday” and “I don’t need this anymore if you can’t stop it today.”

While I was waiting, trusting their word, the transaction was completed around 12k USDT.

When I returned to support, a second agent (Shameir) told me the cancellation was “not guaranteed” and redirected me to the recipient platform. This is unacceptable.

RedotPay had technical control over this transaction. Their agent gave me false assurance. They processed the funds while I was waiting on their promise, after I had clearly stated the transaction was no longer needed.

I have full chat screenshots as evidence. I am escalating this to FinCEN (USA) and FINTRAC (Canada).

Avoid this platform if you expect honest and accountable support.

Hi Viktorija Kod
Your withdrawal was paused for a standard security review, and you provided the required documents. During the review, you requested cancellation. However, once a withdrawal has been initiated and is under review, it cannot be canceled mid‑process. Our support team sincerely forwarded your cancellation request, but unfortunately, a withdrawal cannot be canceled once it has been initiated. This transaction has now arrived at your receiving address.

We regret any inconvenience this has caused you. We did our best to relay your request, but please understand that cancellation is not possible after a withdrawal has entered the review stage. We will improve our communication clarity going forward.

I am extremely disappointed and shocked…

I am extremely disappointed and shocked by RedotPay's customer service. A sender accidentally deposited 2,000 USDT to my RedotPay address using the Polygon/Plasma network from MEXC instead of BEP-20.
The funds are safely sitting on the blockchain, and since RedotPay holds the private keys to this address, their technical team absolutely has the capability to recover or reverse them. Despite this being a massive, life-savings amount ($2,000), and despite my explicit offer to pay any manual technical recovery fee ($50-$100), their support repeatedly closed my tickets with a generic excuse about 'resource constraints.'
A licensed crypto financial institution cannot simply apologize for a $2,000 user loss when the funds are legally mine and verified on the blockchain. If you are a high-volume trader, BEWARE! RedotPay does not care about customer funds or providing advanced technical support. I will be escalating this to regulatory bodies and crypto forums until this is resolved professionally.

Hi Amir Abdullah Khan
Thank you for sharing your feedback, and we sincerely understand your concern.

Please be advised that the deposit was made using a network not supported for USDT transfers on RedotPay. Under normal circumstances, unsupported deposits require internal review to confirm whether recovery is possible.

We understand how important these funds are to you. Our internal team has gone through multiple escalated reviews and worked hard to find a possible solution. We have now found a way to help you recover this deposit. Please cooperate with us to complete the recovery process.

Thank you for your understanding.

RedotPay asked for $700 to continue an $18 fraud dispute

I reported an unauthorized/fraudulent transaction, transaction 356119292391509, on my RedotPay account UID 1901437453, and I am very disappointed with how RedotPay handled my case.

The merchant’s own evidence shows the transaction was linked to a completely different customer name, email address, billing location, and IP/location. It was not my name, not my email, and not my account. I also told RedotPay that at the time of the transaction I was not even online in RedotPay to authorize anything.

Instead of properly investigating their own logs, checking whether I was logged in, whether I approved anything, and whether the transaction matched my account activity, they kept sending scripted/generic responses and asking me for more evidence. But the evidence should also be in their own system logs if they actually check them.

Then RedotPay told me I could continue to pre-arbitration only if I pay a $700 fee, even though the disputed amount is only around $17. This is unreasonable and disproportionate. I want my stolen money back, but I do not agree to pay $700 just to continue a fraud complaint.

In my opinion, RedotPay did not properly protect me as a cardholder and did not properly address the clear mismatch in the merchant’s evidence. Their support feels scripted and unhelpful.

I would not recommend RedotPay based on this experience.

Dear Karim Ben Romdhan,

Thank you very much for your detailed feedback about this unpleasant experience, and for your trust and candor with RedotPay. We take your concerns regarding the disputed transaction very seriously, and we sincerely apologize for the poor communication and unsatisfactory experience you had throughout this process.

We understand your frustration and disappointment when you were asked to pay a $700 pre‑arbitration fee for a dispute of only $17.91 USD. We would like to clarify that this $700 fee is not charged by RedotPay – it is a procedural cost set by Visa when entering the pre‑arbitration stage.

To best protect your rights as a cardholder and to promptly end this unsatisfactory experience, we have decided not to ask you to pay any fee, nor to require you to go through the lengthy arbitration process. Instead, we will directly resolve the disputed amount for you. Please reply to this email (the same email channel we have been using) and provide your digital wallet address. We will refund the amount of this transaction to you.

Regarding the merchant’s evidence you mentioned – where the customer name, email address, billing location, and IP address were completely different from yours – we will further strengthen our ability to proactively identify and block unusual transactions.

Once again, we apologize for the unpleasant experience, and thank you for your patience and understanding.

I am extremely disappointed with…

I am extremely disappointed with RedotPay’s customer support and deposit handling process.

I made two USDT (TRC20) deposits that were successfully confirmed on the blockchain:

TXID 1:
9b3cd2fa7ca474ccbb2c05bda41a47cc1ddc817754f8deac619cb759f0e80d38

5e8ad0a19f593c2ab10e53e8963014580678a1dabe80219f0efe9932b0018628

The funds reached the deposit address provided by RedotPay, yet my deposit has remained pending for more than 7 days.

During these 7 days, I have contacted support multiple times. Unfortunately, I keep receiving generic responses such as “please wait”, “we are checking with our specialists”, or “the issue is being reviewed”. No one has provided a concrete explanation for the delay, no estimated resolution time, and no meaningful update regarding my funds.

At this point, it feels like I am simply being led in circles without any real assistance.

I understand that compliance reviews may be necessary, but keeping customer funds pending for over a week without a clear explanation is unacceptable.

I am publicly requesting RedotPay to either:

1. Credit the funds to my account immediately; or
2. Provide a detailed written explanation and a specific timeline for resolution.

I will update this review once the issue is resolved.

I wish there were a zero-star option…

I wish there were a zero-star option because that's exactly what this service deserves.

After being a customer for years and spending thousands of dollars through their platform, they suddenly started asking for bank statements and passport copies for incoming transactions. I provided all the requested documents, yet they took nearly 48 hours to respond. When they finally did, they simply declined the transaction despite the fact that I had submitted valid documentation.

All of these issues started after the card update they forced on users. The customer support process is slow, frustrating, and completely unhelpful.

I genuinely hope this company's rating continues to drop until they are forced to improve their service—or shut down altogether.
