DO NOT TAKE RISK - DO NOT USE REFORM
Like Rikard Jonsson, Sara D, Sheryl Mersten and many others on this site my experience with Reform has been a terrible one.
You will find the kitchens look enticing but Reform are arrogant, bullying and lie about their interactions with you in order that they get their money and make no concessions. Project management is non-existent and as customers we should be grateful to deal with them.
My advice, shop around, its not worth it if something goes wrong.
Read below for the details......
We designed and ordered the kitchen from Reform and some weeks later I was made redundant. We agreed to cost reduce the kitchen by moving to black linoleum reducing the wines fridges from 2 to 1 and changing some of the appliances for cheaper versions. I did try to get the kitchen cancelled but was told it was impossible and I had a legal obligation to continue.
When the kitchen arrived it was not the changed one but the original order, which was a slightly more expensive oak finish. This meant we were missing cabinets and the dimensions were different.
Reform acknowledged the mistake and told me I should be grateful as I now have the oak finish for the price of the black one. This was immaterial to us.
We have had to wait almost 2 months to get the missing parts, which have just been installed today. In this time our house was supposed to have been on the market.
Additionally we are missing brass handles for the island which are now 2 months late. As of the date of writing Reform do not know when they can get them, we cannot open 2 of the doors on the island without them.
There was a whole saga with the wrong extractor being ordered, in the end I had to fix the issue as Reform just gave up. I have paid for the change to the kitchen and the additional external fan as Reform did not want to help with this.
The only reduction I have been offered was 5000 DKK to help cover the cost of the extractor, it does not.
Finally I was withholding payment as I needed some leverage to get things done but even though Reform were almost 2 months late finishing the kitchen I was threatened with the RKI if I didn´t pay the next day.
This is not how to treat customers and create loyalty.
I have been accused by their senior management of intimidating their staff, of accepting the oak kitchen before mounting and not being grateful for the help they have offered. None of these things are true, but in my view certain members of the management will do anything to maximise their profit even when it means intimidating and lying to the customer.
I am sure if there are no issues when you order and install a kitchen it will be fine. But if there are, you as a customer are not important to these people, profit is.
There are so many other great kitchen companies in Denmark, I used Hanstholm for my last renovation in Charlottenlund, they were great.
Do not take the risk - DO NOT USE REFORM

+2,5 years going, and still not done
I'm currently +2,5 years into getting my kitchen finalized by Reform, and although it's close by now, I've also lost hope about ever feeling genuinely happy about this purchase.
Reform has, at times, been excellent. Initially, they offered plenty of goodwill: They gave me multiple generous discounts and a very fair deal on a marble countertop and even took care of things that were my fault and responsibility — I am genuinely grateful for that. And some of the people working there, both customer support and carpenters, are just fantastic!
However, this journey has been marred by a series of severe issues. I've exchanged over 400 emails with their support, had some seriously poor kitchen planning advice, received multiple faulty deliveries, encountered several batches of forgotten and wrong-sized parts, and even experienced deviating colors between batches. And each time a delivery goes wrong, it's been months before it can get fixed. The situation has been so dire that it has necessitated numerous visits by carpenters. Notably, the lack of timely responses, sometimes weeks or months, has only added to the frustration. In short: it's been a mess on every possible level you could imagine.
It's fair to say that they've also learned and listened to my feedback, and I can't imagine them being happy about any of this either. Ultimately (and quite fascinating to observe once you see the pattern), they keep dropping the ball when it doesn't require much more effort to do the right thing. They could have solved multiple issues by involving me more or done a site visit so we could've agreed on what was needed. I also have friends with the same kitchen from Reform, who have had the same problems and experience interacting with them, so it's not that I am an outlier here either.
Maybe I could have done things differently as well, but purchasing a premium kitchen from a premium provider should be an exciting and frictionless experience; that's why you pay the extra money. I am happy for everyone else who received their dream kitchen from Reform, but I am not one of them.

Reform for Menorca
The communication with Dante went great, she helped us a lot to set up our ideas and helped to define the final layout of the project. Really great experience, thank you so much.
Good food and competitively priced reasonable drinks price too, especially for a restaurant!
My husband and I have been twice just in the last couple of weeks because the food is really good but also the staff are lovely, polite and cheerful!
The meals are competitively priced and the drinks are too! unlike some that sting you with these.
There is a back courtyard with views and undercover booths if the weather is inclement.
Would highly recommend!

Dante Van den Abeele at Reform is amazing, not just as a designer but also as communicator. She guided us through and prepared a beautiful kitchen.
Natcha gave a truly first class service
Natcha was very responsive and helpful, a truly first class service. Always following through what she promises clarifying information swiftly but also effectively.
Great quality at every stage
Jonas was fantastic at designing our kitchen, and answering emails, was lovely in our meetings online, and was very helpful and we were very pleased with the final plans. He did everything he could to help us. The units were packaged so, so well for transit - we were so impressed. The actual units are such high quality and obviously look beautiful. We were even so impressed with the corner unit insert that works so well - we have only ever had ones which are awful to use! The aftercare contact Albert has also been very attentive and helpful. Overall, it has been a great experience.
Top class experience
The service from Reform (Jonas Munch Schmidt-Andersen) has been top class. Quick answers, great suggestions and overall a very nice and friendly experience. This was our first time designing our own kitchen and we were very comfortable with Jonas providing us with guidance. Looking forward to the delivery!
Excellent service
Reform design (William Kjaer) and customer service (Albert Peterson) have been excellent from start to finish. Always responsive, always helpful, always friendly.

PLEASE READ THIS BEFORE ORDERING WITH THIS COMPANY!
I cannot begin to express our disappointment and frustration I have experienced with Reform CPH. Our encounter with them has been a real disappointment, and their abysmal customer service has left us with a kitchen project in shambles. We are Irish based customers and are writing this review as a warning for future EU customers.
First: the good things the company did. The customer service agent we dealt with (Milla) was excellent at her job. She was available, alert, and a good designer.
Now: the bad:
Our kitchen was due to arrive in mid-late August 2023, and it eventually arrived (with faulty parts) a full 6 weeks too late. Reform CPH sent us a damaged cabinet front and an island countertop piece that was a whopping 20cm too large – a pretty big mistake and a very avoidable one. They had also forced us to find a local solution for our other countertop piece – a stainless steel section - by saying that they couldn’t manufacture one in time for the original delivery date (week 34, 2023). After much delay and poor communication, the kitchen finally arrived in early October (week 40) some 6 weeks later than the company had indicated. It came with damaged and/or wrong-sized components. All of which we could have lived with if the company had responded well to the issue. It did not.
Their response was slow. It took them three weeks to update me on the issue, leaving me in a state of uncertainty. During this time, I was stuck with a kitchen that was incomplete. The inconvenience was beyond words. When Reform CPH finally responded, it was to inform me that it would be another 7 weeks before a replacement could be shipped. Seven weeks! that means that, as of writing, the final delivery ihas just taken place, a full 16 weeks after the company first promised to deliver. 16 weeks with an incomplete kitchen. We spent more than €23k for that.
There has been an absolute unwillingness to compensate us in any way, or even to prioritize the supply of correct parts for us. I have reached out to them multiple times, trying to find a middle ground, but it feels like my concerns are falling on deaf ears. I am left with no choice but to warn potential customers about Reform CPH's customer service and utter disregard for their clients once you have paid your money. I would strongly advise anyone considering their services to think twice before proceeding. I only wish I had received such a warning myself. It isn't a habit of mine to write a bad review, so believe me, this was a genuinely bad experience.

Great Customer Care team, but there are “disconnects”
Fell in love with Reform’s beautiful kitchens and with help of Bella from Sales, we’ve placed our dream kitchen order in end June.
Throughout the design process, Bella was super patient with us. Her reply to our never ending ally of questions & inquiries were very promptly answered, and we felt like she was there for us throughout.
What gives Reform 4 starts, instead of 5, is the “disconnect” we experienced first hand between Sales & what’s to follow once the order is placed.
So after order was approved, paid & placed, we were simply given the Customer Care contact details, and told to reach out in case of anything. There was not really any information on what we should expect or prepare in the meantime. We had to ask this information ourselves initially.
At the same time, Reform had initially overlooked the arrangement we made through them for demolition of existing kitchen. No one has properly explained to us on the correct steps to take either, and we were made to believe no VVS was needed until much later - this turned out to be incorrect information.
During the kitchen installation, there was also a ”hiccup”, where the constructor measured & cut the material incorrectly, as well as one part was scratched during the process, which resulted in additional 4 weeks or so of wait as replacement parts needed to be produced.
When kitchen was finally built in early November and it was time for kitchen top measurement & ordering, we had another hiccup, where this delivery was made with some missing parts for the sink we also ordered at the same time. Again, nobody really tells you what you were supposed to be delivered. This led to us chasing the tabletop supplier & re-arranging the VVS. YOU need to stay on top of all these little details, as Reform Sales will NOT help you once your design was approved & paid for. And no, they do not proactively inform you on overall process.
The real hero for our case was Jonathan from Customer Care. He was quick to respond, and has been there for us every step of the way, one problem after another. It is really thanks to him that our experience with Reform, despite the long, frustrating process, stays as 4 stars.
Thank you Jonathan & Customer Care team for being there, dealing with all of our problems along the way!
And thank you Reform for the beautiful kitchen we now finally have after 5 months! :)
Great selection, friendly staff
In general: interesting selection of design solutions to choose from affordable options to premium designer solutions Our experience with Reform agent: Very patient and friendly as well as pleasant to talk to. Meetings over zoom were productive and fun every time. Driven to find most suitable solution for our case with attention to details - we were always reminded of consequences of certain choices, regarding looks and functionality. Quickly responsive on email and very respectful.
Poor Quality Cabinets and Poor Customer Service
Unfortunately I purchased 2 kitchens from Reform after visiting their Brooklyn showroom. What a mistake I made! This experience has been awful! The quality of the cabinets is poor and the installer that they recommended had no clue how to install the cabinets. The cabinets from one of the kitchens starting chipping after a few weeks. Reform advised that I go to the paint store to purchase the paint to touch it up. The other kitchen the wood started fading after a few weeks. You are unable to clean the wood cabinet as the finish comes off. When you open the cabinet doors they bang into each other and there are spaces between the cabinets. I am embarrassed of these kitchens. I have been dealing with Reform’s Customer Service since 2021 and they are refusing to make it right.

Beautiful in the showroom, your package won't match...
I had heard about Reform cabinets from a few of my neighbors who are design professionals, who had seen the cabinets and liked them, but had not purchased them They were all curious to see if they were as nice as advertised. So I was excited when my architect suggested I take a look at Reform cabinets. Well, I was blown away with what I saw in the showroom, and gave my architect the go ahead to initiate an order with a design professional. After 1 month + of back and forth, they finally got the details locked and placed the order. We also decided to go with Reform's supplier of countertops as I fell in love with the Silestone 2cm material.
So the cabinets arrive, and my contractor assembles them. First thing I notice was significant variations in the wood finished PROFILE collection cabinets I ordered, variation that wasn't disclosed when we placed the order, not nor did we see this variation in the showroom. But we overlooked that. Then things really spiraled downwards from there...
We used Reform's supplier of countertops, who was fully unable to measure and deliver the material as contracted. After initial measurement, we are asked for a payment 50%), and after that we are asked to make a payment for the remainder when delivery is imminent. Well...the supplier made their initial measurements just before Memorial Day, then came back 2 weeks later to take additional measurements (which should've been a warning sign). Then on 4 SEPARATE occasions from June 10th to July 24th they scheduled delivery, only to cancel delivery because they couldn't get the material cut correctly, the material broke, or some other excuse. And during this time, NO ONE from REFORM reached out to apologize for the delays and mishaps. No efforts were make to "make the situation right". Just nothing. My architect and I felt like we were being held hostage by Reform, almost as if they wanted us to cancel the order for the countertop. When we asked for my money back, they hastily agreed to refund the money with no acknowledgement of the impact they had on my project - I had just lost 2 months to their poor supplier. The whole point of going with their supplier was to achieve the look I had seen in their showroom. Sadly, this has not been achieved.
Due an error on our part, I needed to order 2 replacement panels, and a panel for my dishwasher. We ordered those panels in July, and they JUST arrived. And what was a semi-tolerable variation in panel color/finish, is now a hodgepodge of shades in my kitchen. I had been holding off writing a review hoping that it would all work out (and to avoid them making a bad customer experience even worse) but I can no longer hold my tongue. After spending $35,000+, I am left with a bit of a mess.
Use them at your peril...

Very disappointed in the products and…
Very disappointed in the products and customer service from Reform.
- Oak veneer fronts come with absolutely no wax or varnish, so you basically have to apply a clear coat varnish yourself to the very expensive, bespoke cabinets if you ever want to be able to clean them in the future. They seriously even pick up oil from normal finger prints and get discolored from that. It took me hours to varnish them and to get the finish to be even, and I am still concerned they may pick up stains in the future.
- The cabinets and doors also don't come with any instructions for the installers. The custom panels do not indicate which side should face out, which is a big problem if you drill into the wrong cover panel face.
- Reform also has terrible customer service. After I submitted payment, there were no periodic progress updates, no follow up to see how it went, and no interest on their part in improving their service or products.
- Rude customer service after you have paid. I had a customer service inquiry, and it has taken months and it still isn't resolved.
EDIT - in their response below they asked me to reach out directly, even though I have had an open customer service ticket with them and have been in direct email exchanges to resolve my issue since September. It is now Feb and it is still not resolved. They claimed to have sent me a partial refund check but it has been over a month and I still have not received it.
- No return policy. They also overcharge for the hardware, most of which you will not need. I have a box of extra items I didn't need or use, and two extra toe kicks, but they have a no return policy for extra parts they sell you.
- They don't have reviews on their site. Plus, all of the positive reviews around the web are based on the design services, not from people who have actually received and installed their products. Not very trustworthy.

Disappointing
- delay in kitchen delivery
- missing pieces in delivery
- front received with misaligned holes
- unclear instructions with no precise drawings and mistakes in the instruction text
- problems on finish of the product
Overall, the quality doesn’t match the amount you pay for.

Flawless design process
Dominik helped us very well with the design of our new kitchen. He had some good advice and a clear overview of our wishes, so we could fully trust on him. We can't wait to see the new kitchen.
Looking forward to my kitchen!
My Reform contact has been Dominik Poppe, who has led me through this process from beginning to end. He has been extremely pleasant to communicate with, was very responsive and has helped me with constructive input throughout. I really appreciated the problem-solving attitude. :)
