I only enquired today about council tax and bailiffs threatening to come to my home. I go a call from fresh debt advice within minutes.
They have help with all the advice I needed and put my mind at rest. Bailiffs can not enter my home unless I let them. Thank you refresh.

I've feel very understandable and supportive. Whole process was carried out professional and fully clear. Agent were holdings conversation friendly and doesn't let me feel like I'm judgment.

I genuinely wish I could give more than 5 stars, Shane is 10000000% the man, he's genuine, he's not stuffy like some people can be, he didn't judge me and more over he even laughed at my jokes the most important thing is that he made me feel at ease with everything and I honestly couldn't be happier at all!!

I got in contact today as I really needed help with my debts, I spoke with Shane who was absolutely lovely and didn’t make me feel like the idiot I am for getting into debt, he gave me really good advice and went through everything with me and come up with a solution to suit me.

Getting off the phone to Shane and knowing I had made step to improve my debt has honestly took a massive weight off my shoulders.
