Had a chat with Keith, an hour on the phone and I felt all the weight off my shoulders, struggled with a debt that I didn’t know how to handle or deal with including mentally, His customer skills and explaining things from start to finish having a laugh on the way, Couldn’t thank him and refresh enough.

Spoke with a Jayne today, excellent service. As someone who struggles with phone calls and finding everything to do with financial struggles an extremely daunting experience she handled my situation with so much care and understanding. Go into every little detail and highlight everything that most companies hide in hidden fees. Full transparency with every way they can help you and exactly where your money will go and how it will be used. Could not recommend them enough. So glad I finally bit the bullet and got the help I so desperately needed. Look forward to working with them to get my life back on track

I have been struggling to handle my debt for a long time, took the plunge and accepted help. I had two lovely ladies, Roisin and Jayne, go above and beyond in helping me organise and manage to get things stable and settled. So calming, patient and supportive and incredibly thorough in all aspects throughout the experience. Forever grateful to the Refresh team for all they have done and helped me through, even my emotional self crying down the phone to them. The accents and their humour just make it that much more comforting :)

Roisin was absolutley amazing - I suffered a tragic life event and ended up getting in a mess money wise. I had been on the phone to company’s all week and the only one to make me smile and see a way out was Roisin and the team. Talked me through everything in an easy to understand way. Honestly could not recommend enough. If your in a spot of trouble and can’t see a way out please give these guys a call I couldn’t fault them in any way.
