I’ve been dealing with Refresh debt advice and to be frank I never expected to find such good service, kind and caring yet friendly people. Shane and Roisin has been exceptional. Especially Shane as it feels as though I know him because he truly listens and don’t leave you out in the cold. Roisin the same as they are both lovely people to deal with! Five stars you two and to Refresh!

The team are very understanding and helpful, I have told people about the company to help with their problems because refresh are very helpful and great with every person problems.

I started with Refresh two years ago. Initially I was very cautious about it all but it was all explained to me and even when I broke down they were so understanding. I have always been kept up to date on what’s going on and if I had any letters I just had to hand them to Refresh to deal with. I was able to relax and have all the worry taken off my shoulders. I have just had my second review and it was seamless and now they are negotiating with my debtors and keeping me posted every step of the way. I can’t thank Siobhan, Sinead, Allison and Brenna enough-I feel safe and assured that they are there.
