Amost 2 weeks ago, I ordered a phone on Refurbed. However, I immediately cancelled my order as I by mistake had ordered a wrong model. I sent an e mail to both the seller and customer service, a few minutes after I placed the order. Still, they ignored the cancellation and shipped the phone anyway. I refused the package, DHL confirmed the return, and Refurbed said they would “look into it”.
That was days ago, and I still haven’t received my 2,000 DKK refund, in spite of their promose.Can not recommend at all, its a rip off!

Have had the worst experience with this company. My husband bought me iPhone 13 in January 2025. It’s now October 2025 and last month the motherboard went dead on my phone. My husband paid €500 for this phonethat did not work properly from day one. I contacted them several times and they did not help whatsoever. A total sham of a company. Avoid.

Refurb technology is good for recycling ewaste and responds in a timely matter

Ordered one laptop last week, wait one or two days. missed reading one email by myself, the support line is helpful. Finally get the laptop in a nice packed box from GLS pack shop on time. Bought few from refurb back to 5-6 years ago. All good shape. All the best. :)

Last two products were poor. One was useless after half a year, the other had issues immediately.
The workers are nice but I'm a student and I don't have the money or the time to consistently buy products that immediately fail.

Almost exactly a year ago, I bought a recycled laptop from refurb.eu.
It has since been indispensable, and I use it literally every day. (That's why I'm taking the liberty of setting today's date as the "date of experience".) Because it's a powerful laptop at a bargain price, and because I'm reducing resource waste by buying a used computer, I rate it five stars.
But the purchase was not without problems. And some things don't particularly bother me, but might have made other buyers unhappy. For example, refurb failed to send a "Schuko" power cord that fits our Swedish sockets. (I got the cord, of course, but had to wait several extra days for it.) And this happened even though I had carefully asked if such a cord was included. Another thing was that after a month or so, I accidentally discovered that the screws to the chassis were not tightened. One of them was about to come loose. I have tools at home for torx screws, so it was an easy fix. But it's hard not to think: "they missed these two things that are easy for me to spot, is there anything else they missed?"
The battery was in mint condition, but in two places of the LCD screen, there are permanent gray spots. Maybe to be expected at grade B? If you're willing to buy a used computer, don't expect everything to be tip-top!
The filter functionality of the home page (refurb.eu) is of great help for finding the right computer. The page about system requirements for Windows 11 is also of great value. It helped me find the laptop I wanted. If all Windows-11-compatible computers had been marked as such, that would have been helpful. And if all computers *not* compatible with Windows 11 could have been filtered out, that would have been even better.

placed an order for over 1000 dkk. no way to track the order or contact anyone. let's hope i get my order.

Had a great experience selling unused network equipment to RefurbTechnologies. They quick responded from an inquiry on their own line from and we agreed on a price and delivery method. They are conveniently located in Atlanta,Ga and had convenient hours of operation. Absolutely will be recommending them when I have colleagues that have network equipment to resell.

Ok here’s the facts. Emotion as in anger kept down. Bought a phone and within 6 weeks it wouldn’t read any SIM card so fault with phone. Returned to get it fixed. Free returns so all good. Oh NO. They advised me there was a crack on the camera lens 😳 therefore no warranty and they won’t fix it. Wouldn’t even quote me to fix it. I have to pay €50 to get the phone (still broken) sent back to me. Now, make sense of that. Do not go near them

Not sure how this company got such high reviews. Seems like a typical fraudulent bait and switch con operation. 'Their' supplier sold me a laptop that from day one did not work. Been 3 weeks of slow devisive tactics. DONT buy anything from these guys.

Why an extensie for .eu if you just communicate in danish, swedish or norwegian!?

The first computer I bought still holds after soon 4 years, and the second is even more wonderful than the first. I like my thinkpads large (phyiscally large), and they send me the largest thinkpad I ever saw - also with a fine spec.
