Our travel arrangements were complicated with several hotels and journey by plane, train, boat and bus so we were expecting something to go wrong re tickets. We should have had more faith in Regent, everything went so smoothly re their organisation. It was our first time with Regent and will it be our last ........ definately not. Well done the Regent Team!

Employees I dealt with are both courteous and knowledgable.
They respond promptly to emails & phone calls. Are very flexible and the holiday I’m going on with them is competitively priced.

All the organised planning worked like clockwork.

Excellent holiday to Baltics. Staff at Regent helpful. All hotels clean and comfortable and well located for town centres. All arrangements (5x local guides and 4x taxis) ran like clockwork. Can't find anything negative to say and we'll definitely use Regent again without hesitation.

The itinerary was well planned and well put together to show us different aspects of Uzbekistan, not just the headline cities like Samarkand and Bukhara. We appreciated this longer trip allowing us more time to see the cities. The holiday was well organised before and during our trip. In particular Carl at Regent was very helpful before we went and he gave us sound advice. Our guide Mukhammad was excellent and a good ambassador for his country. He was very knowledgeable and able to adapt the programme to the changeable weather.

We have just returned from a 10 day round the island trip in Iceland with an extra night in Reykjavík. From the moment of booking Regent provided us with all the information to plan our holiday and activities. The map and book they provided were invaluable in planning our holiday. All the hotels were of a high standard and be aware that the Center hotel chain also give a 15% discount for guests in the restaurants. All the breakfasts provided were of a high standard with huge selections and generous portions. Airline bookings and car rental hire were included and all the check ins were easy and seamless. I would recommend anyone hiring a car to book their car hire excess insurance before they leave UK. We used Eversure recommended by Martin Lewis and this even included the wind and sand damage cover for a premium of £21 for the 10 days. We cannot recommend Regent enough they really did take all the hard work out organising the holiday and making it such a memorable occasion.

The Radisson Hotel was superb and I had a beautiful room and looked after by friendly and helpful staff
Transfers and private car excursions were always very comfortable with very professional drivers and guides
Flights with Lufthansa were on time and offered very good on board service
I would strongly recommend this holiday to anyone thinking about it

Fantastic experience on the Regent Sonjefjord Experience tour, tailored to our requirements. Stunning scenery throughout the journey with Oslo and Bergen interesting in their own ways. Highlight was our stay in Balestrand. Travellers just need to be aware that in Oslo and Bergen hotel staff are on strike which means reduced dining options and housekeeping. But did not really detract from our overall experience.

The arrangements were spot on and the guide and driver ensured that we were well looked after. Although we were older than most tourists here, (at 79 and 73) we did not feel out of our depth and thoroughly enjoyed the entire trip - especially the quality of the hotels

well, I have to say it was good to have carl M there to organise the trip.Efficient and did what he promised.Selection of hotels were spot on in terms of comfort, the staff and location.And, many thanks for organising the train...it was an important part of the experience as was the epic 400km tour around Yerevan.
very happy Regent are there and , of course, I shall recommend you to friends and fellow travellers .As for me, i hope it won`t be in another 10 years...but I have to do Kazakhstan, Kirghizstan onto Uzbekistan in the next couple of years. Many thanks again, Iain C, Switzerland

We have just returned from a wonderful trip to Uzbekistan. As well as the Silk Road cities we explored Nukus and Termes. Very few tourists visit these areas; well worth the adventures there. Regent Holidays set us up with a brilliant tailored itineray with excellent guides in each place. Highly recommended

The superb hotels and the variety of the four islands visited. Regent proved to be a great company to book with and we will certainly use them again for future trips.

Everything was as good or better than I expected

I couldn't understand the tour guide. She was very sweet but I didn't understand what she was saying most of the time. She also talked a lot which I found irritating since I couldn't understand her.
We also merged with a Spanish speaking group. They couldn't understand their Spanish guide either. So we had 2 groups on the bus with 2 guides and nobody could understand anybody much.
So it was frustrating
You need to get better guides.

Excellent service from start to finish. Our guide was fantastic and he gave us a great insight to Islam, the importance of Islam to Uzbekistan, and the history and culture of the country. Overall, it was an amazing experience.

We visited Sweden at the beginning of march, staying 1 night in the iconic Ice Hotel. Our ice suite was just beautiful. A bucket list treat. This was a 3 night break. Our advisor was Jo. She was fantastic! Nothing was too much trouble. Jo even organised a different flight time upon our return, as we thought it was a little tight. This trip had been a dream of mine for over 20 yrs. Never seeing the Aurora before, we saw it on our first night. We couldn't believe it!! The holiday included a snow mobile excursion and dog sleigh trip, which was totally amazing, it made me cry. Both included delicious meals. We will definitely use Regent again as they were just super organised and everything ran smoothly.
