I am purchased a few items from Rehacare recently. With each order I have received my item promptly, packed well and prices have been very competitive. If I need anything in the future, I will order from rehacare. Great service.

RehaCare sold me a quality product, reasonably priced and delivered extremely quickly. I wish more companies would model themselves on the way RehaCare conduct their business.

Great customer service easy to deal with, received my knee wrap promptly. It would be great if hospitals had information about Rehacare and their products. Definitely would highly recommend this company and their products.

Great customer service and easy prompt communication.
There was a quick response when I informed them of a mistake regarding size that I had made with the order.
All sorted and extremely happy with the product, its very good for my feet.

Disappointed that part of the order wasn't in stock, but this was not indicated on the web site. No communication from the company apart from "BACKORDER" written on the shipping note, so I have no idea how much longer before my order will be completed.

Follow up from the company resolved the issue within 3 days. Very happy with the product

Ordered a Coreflex Marathon Air Walker (tall).
Had a little trouble tracking the parcel, but RehaCare sorted that out.
As with all Cam Boots, it takes a bit of getting used to, but I now find it comfortable and supportive while I'm beginning to walk again.
I would recommend this boot for anyone with a broken ankle or similar injury.

Have used this company for purchasing therapy putty for the last few years, always a competitive price and delivery is very quick. Would recommend to all.

Received my bunion sleeves so quickly through the post - Thank you. Was recommended this by a friend who had her bunions operated on and advised to wear the sleeves - I thought I'd try it out. I really hope it will prevent me from having an operation on my bunions. it fits well and I am happy with it. I am just hoping the bunion sleeve will help any exacerbation of my bunions.

This was just what I wanted, came with enough putty to be usable, and seems to work well so far!

Update to a negative review I previously made (see below). Following my negative review I was quickly contacted via phone by a representative from RehaCare who was extremely helpful, apologising for the mix-up and offering a full refund for the product they sent me. I must say that I was very impressed with the way they responded to my issue and happy with the refund. Will have no problems dealing with RehCare in the future due to their positive and quality level of customer service.

I called your Sydney office on 7th June 2022 and asked the person I spoke to whether the wrist support/protector I was looking for was a "MedSpec" brand (as that's how I arrived at the RehaCare website after searching for MedSpec brand wrist support on Google). The person said YES and then I proceeded to order the wrist support online.

I have been using a MedSpec (XL size) wrist support device for over a year which is need of replacement so was looking for the same product as it fitted me really well.

When the new wrist support arrived, via postal delivery, it WAS NOT the MedSpec branded one but another brand called CORFLEX. I was so disappointed that I had received something which was different to what I expected (based on the feedback I received when I called RehaCare P/L. The new wrist support is an XL but is not a very comfortable fit and I have been using my old (falling apart) MedSpec support.

Not sure what to do??

I bought the Sanctband Putty to exercise and strengthen my hands. I have been using it for over a week and find that It works well. I use it for about 10 minutes each day on each of my reheumatoid arthritis affected hands and they are definitely getting stronger as a result. The product ieasy to use; leaves no mess; and is easy to store in the provided tub. I bought the medium stiffness (green) version but wish I had asked for firm. The quantity provided is 85 grams which is not quite enough. I wish 95-100g had been provided but I am a big man with proportionally sized hands. The product cost $9:90. I thought that postage was expensive being also $9:90.
