Payment Success, my reservation at Grand Hotel Francais was unsuccessful. I haven't received my refund.

I don't understand how this company is still able to operate. They are outright fraudsters!! They should be banned from Google and any third party websites. When initially booked i had to email a few times before receiving my hotel voucher. Then on 28/05/25 the day before my check-in date they informed me they couldn't supply the room i had booked so offered me a lower rate room when the city view room I requested was openly available online at a lower rate with other providers so I cancelled for a full refund. Now months later after several promises to refund within 48hrs I still have no refund. I will be reporting them to the authorities in every country they operate in amd also report to Members of Parliament in India who I have relationships with in tbe hope of getting these cowboys shut down!! Alrehlat.comI was offered a good price on a flight and stupidity took it. They took my details and confirmed flight but soon canceled my confirmed flight?? I looked to the official site of the booking and they have no idea of the booking. This middle east site, Alehlat seems to want your personal and card details and then cancel. I am so sorry for allowing them access to my information. DO NOT GIVE THEM YOUR INFORMATION. I don't know who is behind this site ,but sure it's not any one you should deal with. I now am looking at changing all the information on the personal and card information I stupidity passed. Be aware of this sites please.

Al realizar una reserva desde Skyscanner al enviarnos a Rehlat modifico las fechas. Al recibir confirmación de la reserva con las fechas cambiadas nos pusimos en contacto con ellos y no prestaron ninguna ayuda. Se basan en que la reserva no es modificable aunque haya sido un error de la pasarela, aunque sigan teniendo disponibilidad en esas fechas y al mismo precio y aunque el hotel este dispuesto al cambio previa autorización por Rehlat. Solo me falta consultar la legalidad de esto en nuestro país.

When we made a reservation from Skyscanner when they sent us to Rehlat they changed the dates. When we received confirmation of the reservation with the changed dates we contacted them and they did not provide any help. They base this on the fact that the reservation is not modifiable even if it was an error of the gateway, even if they still have availability on those dates and at the same price and even if the hotel is willing to change the dates with prior authorization by Rehlat. I just need to check the legality of this in our country.

Beware of a site that defrauds and exaggerates booking services.

Scammers, book a hotel and the reservation did not exist. They stole €200 from me!

Oman air cancelled flight on july 06 2020 (Booking ID.1622040) due to covid 19 pandemic situation.I had raised a request for full refund for my cancelled flight amount in jul 2020. Since I am waiting for the same and keeping follow up with Rehlat, but not getting any satisfactory response.
At last after two year, Rehlat send me a email (31/05/22) that mentioned that 600dhs already deducted for admin fees and the balance amount 1,220.81 will be refunded within 20-25 business days and credited to your bank account within an additional 3-4 days. After 25 working days, I am follow up with their customer care representatives daily and they are telling the same typical stories.

The worst company My Booking # is 171482
up to now I didn't get my ticket and they have deducted the full amount. I need help to get confirmation for the airline. Only I receive is wait for the confirmation without any mention for a time. This is unacceptable and unprofessional
Now i received cancellation email from their side without any request and the refund will take 40 business days and this is unfair. They should refund as quick as they deduct adding to penalty for the unrequested cancelation

I did contact the company several times without any feedback from your side but request waiting. Unfortunately they are not honest with their clients.

before I comment & on the low rate because people what say about Rehlat.
But my opinion is Rehlat is the best, I received my 100% refund ...I rate 5 Star for Rehlat but they deserve more than this;
I am looking forward to booking flights & hotels from Rehlat.com

Fraud and money theft company
Two flights have been canceled for a total amount of (3245 Saudi riyals) and the money has not been refunded until now and it has been several months
Note that they were sent to a number of e-mails and a number of complaints and communications were raised, but to no avail

Don't believe this people; Every time you click on the link, the site tells you, "We have received a price update from the hotel. The room rates have been increased by +$$$" waste of time!

SCAM, SCAM , SCAM , They take your money and doesnt provide refund, sometimes you book flights with them you get ticket , and you go to airport and FLIGHT DOESNT EXIST, THey scammed you,,,Good luck with Rehlat, get a physical travel agent, so much better to deal with

very unprofessional not responding to my emails i sent 7 emails recently. and previous email i am receiving as copy paste msg saying "our concern team is working on all pending refunds. we will update you once the refund is done" . im still waiting for my refund!! it is already 6 MONTHS!!! i booked a ticket in emirates and got cancelled because of covid. Booking ID 1653703 AE. im not asking for extra money! im asking for my own money.

Please it's been 6 months. Please give me back my refund. Stop copying and pasting your answers in email. Do something and resolved issues.

I had booked a Turkish Airlines round flight ticket through Rehlat in the month of March 2020 from Dubai to Amsterdam. Due to Covid, my flights fot canceled and have been writing to them for the past 5 months and they have been fooling me with a same response that a refund request has been raised to Turkish Airlines. I contacted the Turkish Airlines team and they told me that there is no request raised from Rehlat for my ticket number. Their customer care representative is as ignorant and arrogant about this issue. Please support in resolving this. Rehlat company is fooling me and has not been giving me any concrete response on this.
