Avoid Reichelt if you value reliability…

Avoid Reichelt if you value reliability and support.
We ordered two Crucial X9 Pro SSDs (4TB each) from Reichelt elektronik. One failed on first use, costing us critical business data. We paid for professional data recovery — which confirmed the drive was faulty — and returned the item under warranty.
Reichelt refused to honour the warranty, claiming “mechanical damage” — damage that only occurred because their product failed and recovery was required. Then, without any resolution, they just sent the defective item back to us.
They’ve now washed their hands of the issue, telling us to deal with the manufacturer. No accountability. No professionalism. No refund.
We’ll be taking this further through a chargeback and will not be using them again.
If you’re a business customer, think twice.

Calamitous

I ordered an item from Reichelt and paid with Visa (successful payment). A week later, I received an email stating that the order was still pending and asking to pay for it. I sent a screenshot of the payment from a week earlier. Reichelt dispatched the order when they received this proof. It took weeks for the parcel to be delivered and when I asked about a delivery date, they answered with a screenshot of the order with "Kein Termin verfügbar" and no answer to my question in German. That was the first and last time I bought from them.

STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY!!!

I placed my order for a GPU on the 31/03/2024. Since there was no sign of it shipping I decided to call customer support few days after.

They had me on the phone for about 25 minutes and assured me my order will ship on friday 04/04/2025 which sounded strange since item was in stock as per customer service.

So today said Friday I have still not received an invoice or my tracking number. I have tried contacting customer service from 10:00am just to be told by automated voice that I am calling outside of bussness hours which are Monday - Friday 8am - 11:30am. I have checked trust pilot for reviews and TBH i should have done that prior to ordering...

I have emailed them few times with no response other than automated emails. I have contacted them through Insta and FB social media with no reply. I have Faxed them with no reply...

I am shocked how a company this big is trying to avoid customer contact this hard...

Stay clear of these guys... Reviews are 100% correct

I`d like to add I have also emailed them in English as well as German...

Delivery date not met, still waiting

Ordered 3 wires, 10 days ago, still have not received them. I asked the customer service where it is, as the delivery date was 3 days ago. they put blame on the delivery company without asking them where it is, I asked after how many days would you consider the package missing/lost or stolen, I then get an email saying its in the pipe line with no expected delivery date. I could of walked there and picked it up myself in 8 days!

Disappointing Experience and Poor Communication

I ordered several specialized rechargeable batteries and a compatible charger from ReicheIt.de. Shortly afterward, their shipping department informed me they couldn't ship the batteries internationally for safety reasons and removed them from my order.

I promptly requested cancellation of my entire order, as the expensive charger (over 150 euros) was unnecessary without the batteries. Despite multiple clear requests over three days to both their shipping and customer support departments, ReicheIt still shipped the charger and billed me for it. Now, due to their oversight, I am left with a costly and unnecessarily powerful charger for which I have no practical use and no clear way to return, especially since my subsequent emails requesting assistance have been ignored.

Overall, I found ReicheIt's communication lacking and their customer service disappointing, particularly given how easily this issue could have been resolved.

As an aside, a major German musical instrument retailer successfully shipped me similar batteries internationally without any issues, so I remain unsure why ReicheIt could not do the same.

Ordered 4TB CRUCIAL x9 drive

Ordered 4TB CRUCIAL x9 drive. I made a bookable PE image file from the Acronis software that came installed on the disk. However in making the image file I lost all the files I had moved to this drive. To nake matters worse my laptop a Surface Pro would not recognise the 4TB CRUCIAL X9 DRIVE. I have contacted Reichelt on 2 occasions. I get an acknowledgement email. They say that they will get back to me. I have been waiting 5 days for a reply. Not a word from them. Very disappointing.

This is a scam

This is a scam. I made an order for a few dozen euros and received a shipment with a different product (batteries for a few euros). I was assured that the error would be fixed and despite writing many times the contact broke off and I never received the order. Do not order from this site

Worst experience ever

I find it very important to come forward and leave positive review when there is something positive to say. Sadly, that is absolutely not the case with Reichelt.de.
This was truly the worst experience ever with an online order. Their system is full of bugs, sometimes you pay, the money is gone but their system does not record it. Customer service is very unreachable, and when you finally do manage to talk to someone, they make promises that they don't keep, leaving you still stuck.

I bought a few computer pieces from Reichelt DE in the last 12 months (PC case, DDR4 RAM, SSDs). They were all shipped to Ireland well-packaged without any delays. I am sorry to see so many bad reviews. I hope they manage to improve their services. Lastly, I encourage anyone who has had positive dealings with this company to come forward and share their experience.

Tried to order 3 x 12TB WD Red plus drives, Saw the limited stock warning, came here saw all the people complaining, sent email to cancel as it was still in Atuhorisation state in my paypal, quick email the next day to reichelt.de asking if they dont have stock please cancel - they did immeadiately, found the support, fast efficient and friendly - dissapointed i didnt get the drives for the advertised price, but they are not con artists- they cancelled on demand.

worst company i have ever dealt with, would absolutely not use them again. i was sent a fake dhl shipping number after making an order, that was a month ago. no response to any of my phone calls or emails at all. Paypal are trying to get my money back for me.

Worthless company

Ordered a product that was in stock.

After a week still no updates. So I called and was told they would 'release the order' (haha whatever that may mean) and it would be shipped that day. I would also get mail notifications

3 days later: still nothing. Called again. "Yeah we are still waiting for our supply and we don't know the arrival date because the supplier is not responding ....... could take a week. Or two. We don't know"

But you said it would be 'released' and shipped to me.

"Nah .. there's no stock."

But I ordered a product that was IN stock. And still is, based on the data on your site.

"Nah, we never update that data."

Unbelievable bunch of clowns.

And then in the cancellation mail they write as a 'gesture of good will' they cancelled the order. You mean: you're legally obligated because you can't deliver what I ordered.

one of the most unprofessional…

one of the most unprofessional companies i ever had to deal with, put an order which their website said available in 2-4 business days...
received an email on 4th day saying i two days it will be shipped.
called them after like 5 B.D they had no idea when they will receive the order them selves from their supplier.
on day 7 i had to cancel in to christmas period and look for a replacement..

would not even oreder coca cola from them not talking about Electronics

Made in Germany? Rather buy Chinese

“Made in Germany” Once famous words that guaranteed quality. Well, not anymore so, at least when you look at the products that Reichelt ships. I bought an electronic device from them that broke down in a matter of months. Trying to reach them by mail, I keep getting “We’re so busy, sorry” mails back. Nowadays, I think I rather buy a Chinese device. Bad publicity for the German economy that is already on the brink of collapse.
