Misleading delivery times and worse communication
After ordering from Reichelt, with a promised delivery of "in stock, delivery within 2 - 3 business days" I received a very strange email with the text "im Zulauf", me being Dutch, understanding English have no idea what "im Zulauf" means, translation says "in the inflow" I e-mailed Reichelt, but after 4 days in total I still haven't received any response or update on my order.
CAREFUL SCAM WITH HARD DRIVES!!!
I purchased several items from Reichelt so far and never had an issue with them till my last purchase where I bought 2x 24TB WD Red Pro NAS hard drives from them, and I instead got 2 random 12TB Seagate Desktop hard drives. What kind of joke is this? I contacted them trough all the methods I could find on their website, and so far no response at all. Smells like scam to me!!
Zero For Service & Communication
Took my money on a Sunday for a NAS, showing as in stock with delivery of 4-5 days on their website. I had requested DHL updates on shipping.
Wednesday arrived and no indication of any shipping or progress at all; simply showing the order as "open" on their website. I sent an email querying the order which has still not been acknowledged.
Called the helpline and was promptly disconnected every time I asked for an English speaker. Eventually got a guy with some English who told me I'd have to call back on Friday morning because help was closed for today and not working on Thursday. The "help" line only opens until 11:30am CET on some days!
It is now the following Saturday and I've had zero communication and not been able to get any update.
You're better off going elsewhere as Reichelt.de are just too much stress.
Quick delivery but leaves out an important part.
A quick delivery and well packaged got you 3*. However I was ordering a PC case, Motherboard and a CPU. A 3g tube of thermal paste costs less than €5 euro retail, so at the most €2.50 wholesale and considering that a CPU needs thermal paste I would have expected that it would have be in the delivery or at least noted in the description that there was no thermal paste included that way I could have ordered it with my order. This was the first time that I got a CPU without the paste and I would be hard pushed to recommend people who are ordering a CPU to buy from this company, but if you do buy remember to also order thermal paste as it’s needed.
Selling while not in stock
They sell items that are not in stock and while they are selling them and know they are still marked "in stock". No trust at all

After sales service, customer services and no reply email. I ordered lot of items and the details of options was wrong about size. I buy wrong size because of them and after reclamation, they never reply. Shame on them. They suggest wrong items in options and when you send an email to find a solution, they never reply.
Move along and buy on Amazon with a real services.

Horrible website and customer experience.
Tried to order but the website is broken. This left me with 2 PayPal payments hanging and one iDeal payment that sent money to them. After mailing them for a refund on a unfullfiled order I still didn't have my money back. I'm seriously considering legal action.

Raspberry pi 3 b, Perfect.
Bought raspberry pi 3 b. During this time of raspberry shortage i had to resort to a website that checks hundreds of tech shops around the world to find where it's available and Reichelt was one of the few and the only one in Europe. I spent 5 euros for shipping to Italy and got the product in 5 days including a weekend, which is earlier than even the tracking expected. Product came in a huge box compared to it's size, very well protected, in the official package and completely functional.
In case i'll need to i will buy from here again with no worries.

April 7'th I ordered an ssd and a micro sd card. Today I still didn't even get a confirmation that they're on it. My paypall says the authorization is in progress, i got a bad feeling about this whole company. Luckily ill soon be able to get back my money via paypall. This company is one big scam.

Placed an order with this company for delivery to the UK, the website took payment, however when I reviewed the order confirmation email it had Germany as the destination country not the UK. Email them asking for the order to be sent to the UK, received an automated response saying that they don't ship to the UK, so then why don't you say that when ordering and before taking my money and wasting my time then Reichelt???
Waste of my time, now monitoring my credit card account to make sure that the authorisation they took from Paypal doesn't turn into a charge, very glad I didn't give them my card number!!!!

Ship to Falkland Islands, but not UK! Very odd
They list the Falkland Islands as a shipping destination, but not the mainland UK. I can only conclude it is a political decision. This is a shame. Their range and prices are competitive.
Mixed experiences, but the bad ones are really bad
I was happy with Reichelt until my last purchase. They have a good catalogue of products, the prices are OK and the sending, not the better, but OK. Until February, probably I would have evaluated with 4 stars. My last purchase was an oscilloscope which cost a good amount of money. The device came defective, so I sent it back asking for an exchange. Then the problems started. They took 25 days to check the device and send a new one. To my surprise, this second oscilloscope was also defective. I had to return it again, of course. This time, having lost my trust in Reichelt, I asked for revocation and the reimbursement of the money. Things are worst because after 21 days I still don't have an answer about the refund. Reichelt has spent all this time checking the device before accepting the revocation and asking me to have patience every time I ask. In summary, I order the oscilloscope on February 22th and today 5th of May I'm still waiting for the reimbursement of a product which was sent defective twice.
What did I learn from this experience? First, the customer service of Reichelt is just a curtain. They are polite but completely ineffective, careless about the quality of service and disconnected from the customer. Second, they don't have the resources or knowledge to evaluate professional equipment. Third, if you need a handful of resistors, they can do it, but don't trust them when you need something important, better go elsewhere.
